Generous proportions and stylish interiors define this exquisite home, providing an abundance of indoor and outdoor entertaining options. Beautifully positioned on a sunbathed and manicured parcel of land, this house is a short level stroll to the shores of Pearl Beach.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

The Master bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2, also downstairs, contains 1 single bed and 1 king single bed. Upstairs you will find Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, ensuite toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 4 contains a single bed that can be made into a king bed on request.

Beautiful home close to the beach

Beautiful property, better than photo l. Close to amenities, was great for 6 friends on a yearly gathering. Only criticism was confusion prior to arrival with communication between Stays website and agent at Pearl beach but was resolved in professional courteous manner. Unable to access key box for return of key. Log in was not working. Tried 2-3 times. Handed key to cafe and will call the agent first thing in the morning. Overall a fabulous home and location for our group. Thank you very much.
