Your group will be steps away from the beating heart of Puerto Vallarta from this new and bright 3rd floor condo in Central PV. With the famous Malecon only 6 minutes' walk away, and some of the best restaurants, galleries and nightlife the city has to offer even closer, you won't find a better mix of amenities, spacious living, and prime location in this price range. Lounge next to the rooftop pool with mountain and ocean views, or your own huge patio with BBQ and dining area. Remote workers will appreciate the semi-private den with desk.

This condo will be available for the first time on VRBO, hence the very few guest comments. However, the hosts have been VRBO owners for years with lots of experience in creating very happy guests!

PV 4 week stay

Great property, clean and very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and linens. Lovely balcony with comfortable furniture. 20 minute walk to the malecon with lots of restaurants. Fairly steep hill so we took taxis back to the condo, we are in our 70’s. Few roosters but didn’t find the noise unbearable, quiet at night. Excellent communication with PM and check in/out was easy. Overall great spot and comfortable accommodation.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment has everything needed for a perfect stay. Both well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location however proved a challenge for us , both late 70s, its on a steep hill , we solved it by walking down and "cabbing" back up.

Beautiful Condo

This is a really lovely condo. It is nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. The outside spaces are relaxing and comfortable. I have been renting condos for well over a decade and this one is at the top of my list. I have already booked for next year!

Very good communication. Diana our concierge in PV was very quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the safe and the hot water (tip - turn the hot on only and wait a few minutes for it to come on and then introduce the cold). The air conditioning was a very welcome relief in the heat of the day. The rooftop pool was cool and refreshing also. There is a table and four chairs and two loungers, plus a huge umbrella for shade. We had it mostly to ourselves. The second smaller bedroom has a heavy bifold door and the sink is in the hallway. The toilet and shower are separate. There is not a lot of privacy for two couples. For us it wasn't really an issue but still something I wanted to point out. The neighborhood is quite noisy. There were some dogs barking at all hours of the day and night making it very difficult to sleep. They did quiet down after a few days. There are a lot of roosters also, some in coops and some were free roaming, but they were tolerable. Calle Allende is a main road and there is a lot of traffic noise and construction in the area. We have no negative comments about the actual condo but we do want to mention that the area is not quiet residential. Bring ear plugs and a noise machine. Our relatives in the larger back bedroom said they didn't hear as much as we did. There is a wonderful little market down the road called Los Amigos - they have everything you need that OXXO doesn't have. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Great stay

Good location for access to the Malecon and restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen for meals at home. Great communication with the host and concierge. I anticipated the hike up and appreciated the activity since I was definitely eating some amazing meals. Others in my group weren’t as enthusiastic about the hike, but getting an uber or cab when needed was no problem. The unit is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Overall, the unit was a great value and contributed to enjoyable trip.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The property management is excellent and are quick to respond. There is a large slope to walk to the condo. The barking dogs and roosters are extremely loud. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

Lovely condo

This was our first stay in Puerto Vallarta . Lots to do and see. The condo was really beautiful and had every amenity. Loved the dipping pool on rooftop. Never any one there so usually had it to ourselves. Great view! The condo is about a ten minute walk uphill. Could be challenging for some but we are late sixties and managed it fine. Taxi or Uber very reasonable if you prefer. We didn’t even mind the roosters- added to the local flair. Our host Eliot was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. Balcony off condo was amazing!

Absolutely Amazing!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was absolutely spotless and exactly as perfect as the pictures showed. The decorating was beautiful. My mom even went and bought the glasses they had. ( Thanks Megan for the speedy response telling us where to go buy them ) The best part was the lovely patio with super comfortable furniture. We were aware of the roosters from other reviews so it didn’t bother us. Same as the climb uphill. At the start of our stay my 75 yr old mom would need a small break 3/4 of the way up. She called it “forced exercise” and by our last day, her endurance had improved so she was pretty pleased that she made it to the door without stopping. Great neighbourhood, Great property managers to deal with, Great owners. I’d rent again in a heartbeat

Tastefully furnished, modern large condo with everything needed to make one’s stay comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. As others have noted, bedding was very comfortable. Nice to have Netflix. Shower may take up to a minute to get hot so be patient. Use the igniter when turning on the gas stove, not used to these. Message concierge if arrival is delayed, we had a mix up after a two hour flight delay on arrival. Walk down to the Malecon was 10 minutes, I timed it and it was easy. We walked back up half a dozen times but used Uber many times in our month long stay, about $3 to $4 a ride. Beautiful unit takes up the entire floor, elevator opens at your door. We never heard any noise from neighbours.

My wife and I are from Vancouver, Canada and are excited to welcome you into our home-away-from-home. We have a long, successful history of providing short-term vacation rentals on "the other site", so we know exactly what makes your trip easy and enjoyable.

This neighbourhood in Puerto Vallarta drew us in because it's on the edge of an authentic Mexican neighbourhood, while being a short walk from the best tourist strip (arguably) on the entire Pacific Coast of Mexico - El Malecon!

You're going to be impressed by the spaciousness and brightness of this condo, which is about 1700 sq ft and occupies the whole floor of this new building. Large living area with modern kitchen, dining table for 5 and living room area with bar. The huge front patio is a highlight as it includes BBQ, lounge seating for four and views of the jungly mountainside, a slice of ocean, and the very colourful (and peaceful) neighbourhood.

The primary bedroom with King bed, 50” TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom also features a small patio - out of the sun and very private.

The secondary bedroom features queen bed, lots of closet space, 50” TV, air conditioning and natural light.

A dedicated semi-private den area will be appreciated by remote workers, as will the shady, private back patio space when you need to get some space from the rest of your party.

From our building to the Malecon is an easy downhill walk that takes only 6 1/2 minutes! Yes, we timed it. A little longer on the way back up the hill after a couple of marg's. :)
