Spacious house with room to spare in every area, featuring 4 bedrooms (2 of which are suites), all with air conditioning; a laundry area; 2 fully equipped kitchens—one inside the house and the other by the barbecue area—complete with all utensils and appliances; 1 freezer, 2 refrigerators, 2 water coolers, a house surrounded by a veranda, with an internal area that can accommodate more than 10 cars, an electronic security system, an adult and children’s pool, plus a playground, cable TV, and hammocks near the pool. Bedding and towels are available for an additional fee, as are bicycles for those who enjoy cycling. All of this is located 200 meters from the ocean at low tide, with natural pools forming near the house.
