Enjoy your stay at Carolina Dunes 503, a fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo. The master bedroom features a king bed with full bath, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. Luxury linens are included, and the unit comes with 4 beach chairs for guest use.

Great Condo for family!

We had a beautiful time at Myrtle Beach staying in this condo. It was nice that it wasn't a massive complex as we never had to wait for the elevator and it was such a short walk to the beach! We utilized the pool a ton with our son and he loved going out on the balcony to hear the ocean. It was wonderful!

Relaxing Area

It was a relaxing and quite area, however i am sure the area can get busy certain times of the year. A little too far to walk to the Boardwalk.

Girl's Trip

Lifelong friends 1st girl's trip for 50th birthday. The condo was very clean and very nice. The condo is in a very great location and was very quiet. Short walk to beach. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely go back to this condo.

Wonderful vacation

Property was clean, big, comfortable. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. On the 5th floor of a 7 floor building. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfect size for our family. We did run out of hot water while showering each day so we spaced them out a bit. Elevator’s were fast and lobby was clean. Pool and beach access could not have been any easier. Staff was present and actively maintaining the space. They were all very friendly and respectful. We will stay here again!

View of beach was fantastic

Great location. Older but sturdy building. Dishes, pots, pans, extra pillows, silverware - had everything vacationers would need. Had games, beach chairs, and nice TV s. Had issue with tub in one bathroom but it was fixed. Pool was wonderful and clean. Parking was convenient.

The property is of course convenient to the ocean. The unit is outdated with drapes on the doors and windows. Could use several updates to be called luxury in my view. Having 3 bathrooms is a huge plus for this unit as well as the large balcony. The balcony chairs are outdated and old.Simple amenities like luggage racks in Each room would be helpful. Living room couches are comfortable but very worn.

Nice location

Upon initial observation of the building and room, you can tell it is a bit dated. After spending several days here, we grew to appreciate the smaller building which equated to less crowding on the beach. We had a nice view of the ocean and beach, which we enjoyed a lot. When going out and about, it wasn't a long distance to shopping and attractions in either direction.

Great location. Service can be better

We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall experience was good. Location is great. Most of the unit is upgraded except for the bathtub and shower area which they intentionally hid by not showing a photo. Day-1 was a mess. They sent a text at 11:30 in the morning that the unit was ready but when we walked in at 4 the beds were not made and then we started finding hair and sand all over the place. That just grossed us out. They did not send anyone till 9pm to replace linen. I had to vacuum the whole place myself. Would like to get a refund on cleaning fees. Not the way we wanted to start our vacation. We also submitted a request to fix bathroom leak for which no one ever showed up. Rest of the trip was uneventful. The location and view of the ocean was amazing. The unit is nice but if they can improve the service and cleanliness it could be perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we have stayed in this unit. It is an older building, but we like the location and the smaller building. We have experienced newer, taller units and we enjoy the quietness of this property. The use of the beach chairs was an extra bonus. We used the kitchen a lot, cooking every day and the only issue we had was the settings on the stove/oven seemed a little confusing and possibly not accurate. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and because its only 5 stories high, we could see our family members on the beach from there.
