Beach Colony 3 is a spectacular and spacious direct oceanfront townhome on 58th street in Ocean City, Maryland, featuring five bedrooms and four full baths. Immerse yourself in the wonderful views of the ocean and dunes from the second floor living room and large deck area. Show off your culinary skills putting together meals and snacks in the modern kitchen with stainless appliances (Keurig & drip coffeemaker) and granite countertops while conversing with your guests and family who are relaxing in the adjacent open living area with large flat screen tv. You can't beat having multiple decks where you and your guests can breathe in the ocean air and listen to the soothing waves, not to mention being able to walk right out to the beach. This townhome is in a perfect mid-town location near popular restaurants including Fager's Island, Seacret's and Macky's, mini golf, shopping and only a few miles from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Accommodating up to twelve guests, the ground level has a large bedroom with two full bed, the 2nd floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom, the third level has one bedroom with two pyramid bunks (full plus single) and another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The fourth floor features a singular bedroom featuring a queen bed, sitting area and its own full bath. A full sized washer and dryer is provided on the ground level for your convenience. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday to Saturday year round.

Check in was a breeze, within walking distance of condo. 3 parking spots… right on beach so watched fireworks from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked everything worked….Walking distance to SeacretsWould rent again!!!!!

Great house

This house was absolutely perfect for 8 guys on a golf trip to Ocean City. The location was perfect and close to all the courses in the area. The decks were great to sit outside and hangout. The house is located right on a fantastic beach. It was a great stay. 10 out of 10.

Retired Golfers

Worked out very well for group of eight golfers. Beds were comfortable, but required an additional cost for linens. Location was great, and off-season was not crowded. Our last night a partying group moved in next door and while not unusually loud or disruptive, the walls did not block even normal noise. Also, the heat and air conditioning seemed to run simultaneously on its own. Overall everything else was great.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

Even in weather that was not optimal (cloudy with a chance of meatballs...), this oceanfront condo was cozy and comfortable with a three level view that can't be beat! It is beautifully furnished but not fussy...perfect for family. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving feast, and totally enjoyed ourselves! We will be back!

Weekend getaway

Loved the views, great being able to walk right on to the beach. Sleeps 12 and we were 5 adults. I can't imagine how crowded it would have been to eat inside with more people unless it's in the summer. For us this was a great weekend!

Very nice stay!

The property is clean, spacious, nicely furnished and right on the beach. It's actually nicer than photos show. Lots of decks and two are very large (2nd and 4th floor decks overlooking ocean). The kitchen looks recently renovated and is well stocked with everything you may need for meal preparation. On the ground floor screened porch, there are beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids beach toys. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Extended Family Vacation

Our extended family, which included my wife's brother, nephew and his wife, niece and her husband and their 5 children under the age of 8 enjoyed our vacation in this townhouse. The number of bedrooms and beds fit this group of people exactly as needed, with one bed to spare. It was great that each couple and the single adult had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bunkroom for the children allowed all of the kids to be together and keep each other company in an unfamiliar place. And also gave them a place to play away from the adults. Having 3 good-sized decks allowed for everyone to spread out, allowing the kids to play outside within easy sight of the adults. And it was great to have the covered storage area on the first floor to keep the beach supplies. It would have been nice if we had known that there was a beach buggy and a good supply of beach chairs available for guests. It would have saved us from bringing our own. I suggest you add that to the description. It was a bit of a haul to lug our suitcases and bins up the stairs, but understandable given the townhouse was . Other than adding an elevator (LOL), the only thing we can suggest to make the stay more enjoyable is to have the bathrooms on the first and 4th floors updated. They were VERY SMALL and obviously hadn't been updated as were the other 2 bathrooms. But we certainly were able to make due. All in all, everyone had a good time and are already talking about renting again next year.

Perfect Getaway

We’ve stayed here many times & it’s under new ownership. The unit has been painted, beds updated and spec and span clean. It’s always been nice but now even better, love it!
