Luxury 3500 square feet cottage on its own private 200 feet of waterfront. Sitting on 1.5 acres of land. Great for swimming with beautiful clear waters. Enjoy fishing off the dock. Perfect for large family gatherings. Large bedrooms for your own comfort. Games room with 4 player 1000 game arcade, fooseball, boardgames, pool table. Open concept kitchen. Hot tub, volleyball, tetherball. Large rooms throughout. Many marinas in town. Located in Bobcaygeon - a big town with everything you need.

Please note that the hot tub is free to use but will request a $500 deposit for its use to ensure the hot tub rules are followed
