Upstairs end unit with lanai that provides a perfect place to witness exceptional sunsets on the North Shore of Oahu. Large 65" HD TV in living room and 47" HD TV in bedroom. Window AC unit in the bedroom and living room. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. King bed in master bedroom and two queen beds in loft. Designated parking is included along with all linens.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Great spot for families on the North Shore

The location is fantastic if you want to get away from it all. The beach is close, walkable or drivable. The condo beds were very comfortable and the patio furniture was quite nice to sit outside in the mornings or evenings. The place is not fancy by any means, but it served its purpose. Note that if you are staying longer than a few days, you will be buying your own toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds were very comfortable. However living room furniture was uncomfortable and furniture on the patio was so large it took up all the patio space. The 2 air conditioners could not maintain a consistent cooling so by bedtime it was too warm in the upstairs loft and took several hours to cool down.

The only negative was that our parking place was about 50 yds away from the condo but it was never really a problem. Just a minor inconvenience.

We were awakened another day in the early morning from rain water leaking through lighting fixtures setting off alarms. Roofing workers removed roof and working on unit through the week.

Relaxing stay at a reasonable price

Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a last minute booking and the staff are friendly, very professional, and helped us in getting a rental unit for a weekend getaway. The unit we stayed in had a second floor, loft style. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place had 2 full bathrooms with ample towels. The booking process was easy and quick. There's a swimming pool within walking distance. It's outdated but we didn't stay in the unit the whole day. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Sharks Cove which is great for snorkeling and about a 20 minute drive to Haleiwa town (depends on traffic). We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Overall we had a decent experience. The kitchen has the very basics such as coffee maker, filter but no coffee and minimal dishes. Finding supplies close by was a challenge. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable. We also unfortunately lost power for over 24 hours-would have been helpful to have some supplies such as flashlights in the condo.Also note there are no beach supplies including chairs or towels included. It met our needs for the stay and enjoyed the area, just note that only the very basics are provided.

Annual trip to North Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience. This unit was the best I've stayed in at TB. Upstairs unit, large enough for family or perfect for one or two. V clean, fully equipped kitchen. Updated kitchen/bath, nice, neutral decorating. Only drawback to the condo was lack of directions for operating the TV. Perhaps the owner would consider a guide? Same for the TV in the bedroom. I will try to rent this condo again. Very happy with my TB annual "fix."
