Highly recommend

We stayed in Port Royal Cape Coral in the neighborhood of Peninsula Point. The house is beautiful and prime location for fishing. The rooms are large and beautifully designed to comfortably accommodate lots of guests. Our family gatherings always include lots of cooking and the kitchen was large and equipped(Publix and Walmart down the road)We enjoyed the pool every day and enjoyed our nightly boat cruises through the canal with a short trip to the marina (Rum Runners and shopping was good!) The property manager Monica was wonderful she checked in on us throughout the whole stay always making sure we had everything we needed. The staff responds very quickly to emails and text messages. Overall we had the best family trip and will definitely be a returning customer! Highly recommended!! Thank you to everyone at Roelens - Kim and Paul

Our stay was overall great. Location and communications was great. The inside of property was dated an not a clean as I would expect. Furniture, carpet had many big stains that could easily be cleaned if take the time. Kids loved the pool (as a pool owner) I wished it was a little cleaner could see starts of algea. The teenagers loved fishing of the dock and we loved the morning sunrises. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the rental as location and space was great. Just slightly disappointed in the fact we are charged a cleaning fee and honestly feel it was not done for us. I understand its a rental just thought it would have been higher standard as the area warrants that.

Very dated

Thus home is very dated and has plumbing issues. We had 6 15-22 year old girls with us and couldn't all shower in their bathroom had to use ours (parents) the shower tub combo in their bathroom didn't drain. It took several hours to fully drain. If i would have had small children i needed to bathe i would have not bern happy at all. The patio door to the lanai was hard to open and the handle was broken. If we would have wanted to cook there i would have been more upset. Not much as for dishes. Luckily we were basically using the home for sleeping and showering since my sister lives down there. Beautiful neighborhood and lots abd lots of towels was a major plus. the handle was broken. slidinthe patio

However, we must clarify the following: Plumbing: The shower in the bathroom you mentioned was functioning properly at the time of your stay, with no reported issues prior to or during your visit. Patio Door: The patio door handle was in perfect condition, and there were no reported issues with it being hard to open. Dishes: Our kitchen is fully stocked with the necessary dishes and utensils for the number of guests the property accommodates, and no issues were reported with this during your stay.
