A fabulous week

The property was clean and organized. There were extra products in closets. The washer and dryer was easy to use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy, and we were warm. Loved our stay. There was so much to do in the area! Thank you!

Great Property

This property exceeded my expectations. The condo is exceedingly well stocked and has everything you need! The property is also very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lastly, the owner is so attentive and communicates so well! I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This is the absolute most well appointed and stocked vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. Jen was so easy to work with and made everything wonderful for my family. It’s conveniently located to all the activities and shopping, but comfortable enough to just stay in and enjoy the fire and a good book. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Jen for a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Mid-week winter getaway

This Waterside West townhome provided everything that we needed for our cross country ski trip. It was comfortable, very clean and conveniently located to the Nordic ski areas we visited. Everything you needed was amply supplied and helpful information was provided about the unit itself and on the Fraser/Winter Park area. Jen was a great host, super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would visit again.

Perfect Condo

Perfect place to stay for our trip. The condo was comfortable, spacious, spotless and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable also. This was our third trip to Winter Park, and we love it here. This condo was close to skiing and everything else we could want. Thanks.

Fantastic in Fraser

The property owner gave us terrific instructions for getting into the property and texted to be sure we got in ok. Everything was as described in a location super convenient to Winter Park resort, grocery store and restaurants and recreation center.

Just like home

My son (2) and I came up with my husband for the week while he worked. This place had everything we needed and more. It was so comfortable. The owner is so kind and responsive. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be back!

Clean, convenient, and gorgeous views from the living and king bed rooms! This cozy condo had everything we needed to enjoy a few summer days in the mountains. Comfortable and turnkey, we look forward to coming back during ski season. All pictures accurately show space.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Comfortable and very well appointed with a plethora of kitchen utensils, spices, dishes, etc. All we needed and then some. We enjoyed the condo almost as much as we enjoyed the skiing (OK, maybe that's a stretch, but we had a very nice stay).

Wonderful Stay

I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It has a separated primary suite upstairs which is great for privacy and even includes a work station which was great for working remotely. It is in a quiet neighborhood near wonderful walking trails, perfect for traveling with our dog. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could possibly need to cook. Having the garage was a great perk as we were traveling with our bikes. Very close proximity to all basic needs including Safeway and restaurants. We were primarily traveling to visit Trestle in Winter Park, it was perfect for that purpose. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Place

My boyfriend and I decided to take a mini vacation over memorial day weekend and this could not have been a more perfect place to stay! This condo has everything you need and more! Full supply of kitchen utensils and such great space for 2 people or the whole family. We enjoyed going to Rocky Mountain Roasters and bringing our breakfast back to sit on the porch - with such a pretty view! Great centralized location to any type of restaurant/coffee/store you need and a Short drive to some really nice hikes. I can imagine this is a hotspot during the winter, but should definitely be considered in the summer season as well!

Super clean place. Lots of games, smart tv, fast internet. We really appreciated a well stocked pantry, especially the wholefoods keurig variety pack, the french press, and everything needed pots/pans/plenty of utensils for meal prep. And for being dog friendly. Very comfy stay, and convenient to Winterpark and safeway nearby. Lots of dining options within 5-10mins drive. 50kW EV charge station 3mins away (far end of safeway parking by the pond). Thanks to the owner for sharing their home on Evolve.

Beautiful, comfortable, great views, plenty of room!

This condo is wonderful. We stayed for several days and skied at Winter Park. We couldn't ski all day, so hung out at the condo to get some work done and it just had such a wonderful feel to it, you didn't mind hanging out working. Every detail is taken care of down to the nice bottled (unscented!) shampoos, conditioner, soaps, and lotion. I am sensitive to scents, so usually bring my own for that reason. It was a nice little luxury. Oh, and the king bed upstairs - so so comfortable with a beautiful down comforter. There is plenty of closet space too. And the views from that bedroom are awesome! The kitchen is well equipped too! There were only 2 of us, but the rooms and layout would work really well for 6 people. AND, it is so convenient to the slopes, Winter Park and Fraser restaurants, Devil's Thumb Ranch, Snow Mountain Ranch, hot spring. You could even easily head to Steamboat for a day. Safeway is just next door. I have stayed in a lot of condos in Winter Park, and this is one of the best!

Beyond Wonderful!

Words really cannot begin to describe our experience at Jen’s condo! My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at the Condo and it was honestly the perfect get away experience we needed. The communication between us and the host was wonderful and she provided all the codes we needed well in advance. The condo itself is equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need from towels, soaps, and shampoos to anything you might need in the kitchen. I honestly didn’t have to pack anything other than clothes! The condo location itself is perfectly placed. We found the condo so comfortable that we spent most of our time just relaxing in the house :) In addition, even though we did not go up during the ski season, there was still so much to do! The condo is just a few minutes away from a grocery store, downtown stores, and the resort! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lot of the foods that Fraser has to offer and even played mini golf at the resort. The condo is also conveniently located near some lovely hiking trails and while I did not wander far the VIEWS were just spectacular. It is also located in a quiet neighborhood so we were able to enjoy sleeping in with the windows open! It was a beyond amazing experience and I’m hoping to go up again sometime because the sulfur hot springs in the area are definitely calling my name!

Amazing condo near Winter Park

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful condo, located just a few minutes from Winter Park ski resort. The communication from the host was phenomenal and she provided us with all the codes and information we needed before we got to the condo to assure an easy, smooth stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and 'homey' this place felt. We had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway! I typically over-pack since I assume there will be things that I need that are not supplied at the place, but this place had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to come back to the condo after a long day of skiing and turning on the fireplace to get warm and cozy. There was a grocery store, liquor store, and multiple places to eat within walking distance... great location! There are also hot springs about 30 minutes away, which was an extra added bonus! GREAT location.... we recommend eating at Deno's (try the gorgonzola fondue) and Hernando's pizza! We would 100% stay at this condo again!!
