This expansive and appealing home offers stunning mountain views and serves as an excellent rental choice for those seeking tranquility, accommodating up to 6 guests and allowing pets.
The main level showcases an open floor plan that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with a half bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable area to relax on the plush sofa while enjoying the flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and large south-facing windows that present breathtaking mountain vistas and overlook the open greenbelt behind the property. Access to the private patio from the living area includes a BBQ grill and leads to an open space featuring a pond, ideal for reflecting on the day's experiences.
The dining area includes a cozy alcove adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6, plus an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. Next to the kitchen, the entrance offers ample space for jackets, shoes, and outdoor equipment. The full laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
The upper floor of the residence consists of three bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, a television, and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a generous soaking tub.
The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a television, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
Kindly be advised that this townhome does not have access to public transportation, therefore, all guests must have their own means of transportation.
