Cottage was clean and modern. Very cool loft with two beds ideal for kids. Walked to the restaurant/brewery for a great dinner and took a short drive to Big Pocono state Park for hiking and awesome views.
Host was accessible. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, electricity was knocked out and left us without water. Not to blamed but be prepared for a possible disruption.

Great stay, host was very hospitable and accommodating. Very pleased with the booking!
Excellent location! Easy check in and an extremely clean house. Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils(salad tongues, spaghetti spoon, serving spoon) My kids and I had a great stay! Just a short drive to Camelback Resort(less than 15min) 8 min to the outlets, and the brewery just 4 min away was fantastic! The beds are on the firmer side. The fire pit was stocked and ready for us to use. I would not hesitate to come back. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!

The property itself was very clean, located very well to see a lot of the area, & check in & out was very easy. Things I didn't like is it did not have a washer & dryer & no one gets back to you when you have a problem. Also it is on a very busy street so sitting outside is pretty noisy.
I recently stayed here Memorial Day weekend with my family and it was so cute and cozy! Very clean, friendly neighbors! And loved the surprise visit from the cute brown dog while we roasted marshmallows our last night! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️
Our recent visit to this Poconos Cabin exceeded all expectations. The owner's outstanding hospitality, from the cozy ambiance to the basket of complimentary items including waters, coffee and tea, made our stay truly special. They promptly attended to our needs, and the cabin was impeccably clean and well-kept. Their gracious offer of a late check-out added extra value to our experience. We enthusiastically recommend this cabin for an unforgettable getaway. Our family enjoyed the selection of board games on a rainy nights. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
We stayed here for a long weekend in February and absolutely loved! Everything about this house suited our needs perfectly. We will be looking here first for all future trips to the area. The owner reach out and allowed us to take our time with check which was really nice. We did leave first thing so we could get more time on the mountain. And I must apologize for not running the dishwasher before we left. We each thought the other handled it, sorry about that.
This place was absolutely perfect for our family. The beds were super cozy with lots of comfy blankets and pillows. Everything was very clean and neat. We appreciated the guide that told us about Billy‘s diner, and the organic farmstand. The kitchen was well stocked, except maybe for a sharper knife. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower was great with good water pressure. The only thing I could say, as a negative is that it was hard to get into the bed in the bedroom. I had to climb over my husband, because there was no access from the other side. But this was a small detail that we worked out.
The cabin is excellent, If you are spending the day at Camelback I can't recommend anything better. The only issue that someone might complain about is the heating. Maybe I didn't understand how to start the heating of the place. I followed the instruction listed to reset the heating and hot water systems. The hot water heated up fine. The house was not heating up. I turned on the fireplace. Within a couple of hours the house was at a nice comfortable temperature. Other than my lack of knowledge to heat up the house, everything was excellent.
My spouse and I stayed two nights and I splurged a bit thinking this would be a romantic spot to stay while visiting family. It ended up having a funky smell as soon as I opened the door and the overall layout of the place was weird. It definitely is quirky and the style is a little odd. It unfortunately was not cleaned well, which completely turned me off. There was a dirty piece of gauze stuck to the comforter and a dirty paper plate in the kitchen. Also, make sure you know the padlock combo before you get there, as cell service is horrible. The bathroom was a bit tricky with hot water and it was a bit frustrating to try and get it working.

Ali, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:Owner's response: Ali, Our goal is to provide each guest with a clean and comfortable place to stay, we were disappointed to see your review. - We take cleanliness very seriously and have not had any issues with the property not being cleaned to our standards. We are not aware of any odors but will have the cleaners check on this to ensure everything is ok. They do a great job and even iron the linens so this was surprising to us. - The shower is a "pull" handle and some people have found it difficult to use so we will be changing it out to a simple turn handle. - We're sorry if you felt the layout was a bit quirky but we feel it gives the location its own personality. We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.
