Perfectly positioned near the tip of Point Cartwright, this two bedroom apartment at Breakwater has spectacular panoramic water views. Practically surrounded by the Ocean, it allows for views South to Caloundra, over the Mooloolaba bay and marina as well as the hinterland and north to Noosa.

This spacious beachside apartment offers the perfect opportunity to watch the world go by (not to mention the dolphins and yachts!). This is truly the ultimate location to enjoy every sunrise and sunset and watch the Christmas Boat Parade and New Year's Fireworks.
Cross the road and you have direct access stairs to the beach.

Breakwater not only offers the best views on the Sunshine Coast, but it is also just a short walk to the beach, lighthouse, parks, cafes, and walking tracks with a major shopping center not too far away either.

The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, toiletries & a toilet roll per toilet. You may also hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.

Beautiful views, quick correspondence

Such a beautiful place. We chose it for the views as the weather forecast was not going to be good and we were delighted by our choice.So close to bodies of water, we could take a quick dip in the mornings, and head back home within minutes as soon as the rain started. Then we watched the rain and clouds from our balcony. It was just perfect. Minor problems we had were tended to right away. Thank you. backhohome in a coupe

Short stay at Point Cartwright

Apartment is excellent and matches photos and description. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet complex with many permanent residents. The pool is a good option to the beach when strong winds are blowing. A minor problem with the dishwasher was quickly attended to by G1. Highly recommend the property and Point Cartwright

Stunning quiet but good coffee shops and walks

One thing .. you have to drive downtown to get the key( we went to the unit first unfortunately When you leave you must return keys downtown. 15 min drive If you are heading in the other direction this is hassle Leaving them in the room would be better Enjoy the lighthouse walk.. real treat. Lovely crossventilation. No air c in central area but bedrooms do have it Good design and secure Very quiet

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is lovely with fantastic views over the marina and the sea. We had rainy weather while staying so weren't able to appreciate its full glory, but it was still a very welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable space. We would definitely return.

Luxury at the end of the day

We stayed for work related travel and it was nice to come home from work to luxury surroundings. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
