Take a look at this beautifully crafted ihome in Margaritaville Estates off Highway KK in Osage Beach. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home is a perfect getaway!

Main level features Kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, pantry and all the items you would need! Dining Room seats 4 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Living Room has plenty of seating, ceiling fan, TV and half bath just off the kitchen.

Master bedroom is located on main level also and includes a King bed, desk, deck access, TV and private bathroom with 2 sinks and tub/shower.

Lower Level features 2 extra large bedrooms, each with 2 Queen beds, TV and private bathroom with a sink and a tub/shower. Also downstairs is the utility room with full sized washer and dryer and an extra full sized refrigerator.

Outside has plenty of features! Front entry has a quaint setting area with 2 chairs while the upper deck has a screened in portion with a table for 6 and ceiling fan. The open air portion of the deck has a 4 top table and gas grill while the lower deck features a swing and 4 stackable chairs. It's just a short drive to any of the Estates' pools!

A lovely vacation home in a perfect location! We stayed with our adult son and DIL and our 5yo grandson. Plenty of sleeping, lounging and bathing space. Comfy beds, peaceful deck, easy kitchen. Kudos to the housekeeping staff as well … very clean. As the listing says, bath and kitchen towels are very limited … plan to bring your own. Kitchen cookware is also limited … the basics for eggs and bacon. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Could not have been any more perfect than it was. The three bedroom set up was great with each having its own full sized bathroom. Nice screened in porch with grilling area. Kitchen was wonderful & having two refrigerators was an extra bonus. We stayed July 11-14. Nice and clean also. We will be back!

Deja Too

Nice finishings in house and good location. Too hot to sit outside, but deck and outside was nice. Love the roominess and beds. Stove and oven were ok, but not great. Couch was broken and one chair had a bunch of stains on it (but chairs are white, so guess that is expected in a rental house). Overall our trip was great and the house was nice, but no comfortable chairs/couch to just relax and read. Would be nice if there was a comfy chair or recliner in the master bedroom with a lamp. Everything was pretty clean, kitchen was furnished with everything to cook except maybe a pizza or cookie sheet.

Unfortunately, you’re correct about white furniture being easily stained in a rental; this is why we typically advise our owners not to have white furniture. We apologize about the couch being broken; we weren’t aware of this issue prior to your review. Did you call our office to report this issue? We try to make our office number very visible inside our properties, on the fridge magnet and pink stand on the counter, and in all correspondence with guests so that they can call us with any issues they may experience during their stay. We will pass your suggestions for a comfy chair and lamp in the master bedroom, as well as adding a pizza pan and cookie sheet, on to the owner of the property. We do hope that you’ll consider staying with us again and taking advantage of our return guest discount in one of our 125+ properties!
