The house is very nice. Great layout. However it needs some attention inside. The couch was so dirty we had to put a blanket to sit on it. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. And they were all mismatched dishes.

It is a comfortable and roomy house for our employees to spend the nights while working in town. Since they only spent the nights, they did not check out all other amenities.

My family and I stayed at this location while our house was being repaired and the owners were very accommodating. They helped us through a tough time and welcomed us into their very spacious and comfortable home. It was very convenient for my kids so they could stay take the bus to school. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Beautiful Home Cape Coral

Beautiful newer home located in far North side of Cape Coral, home was clean and well stocked, and decorated nicely. On the second day unfortunately, the well-pump went out (no running water), the owner was very apogeic and offered reparations. I would highly recommend this property and use it again.

Very nice place / location

The home is in a residential neighborhood and within 10-15 minutes of several restaurants and a grocery store. Supplies are a little lacking - only two large glasses in the entire house and no dish towels. The master bath had 4 towels, but the other two bathrooms only had 2. Full size beds in three of the bedrooms don't lend to 8 adults sharing the house very comfortably. If you plan on staying several days, I'd bring your own towels which is difficult if you fly in like we did.

The homeowner would also like to mention that the drinking glasses have since been replenished, as a few were previously broken and sincerely apologize this was not replenished prior to your stay.
