Great location

Property was great, when it said no towels, I thought it meant for the beach not hand and shower towels in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again and just bring toiletries.

Can't wait to come back!

Everything was as advertised and very clean and comfortable. There was one small issue at check-in and the manager was available immediately and fixed the situation quickly and effectively. She was responsive and kind. The condo was well-stocked, in a great spot for all of the things that families want to do, and it was extremely spacious for our family of 5. My children have already asked if we can come stay in the exact same unit next year! Awesome rental.

Great location. Perfect size condo

My family and I planned a trip to OC for Mother's Day weekend. The open floor concept was great to allow us all to be in the same room while enjoying each others company. The unit was clean and well organized. We had 2 toddlers with us and the open floor concept also allowed us to keep an eye on them. Location is perfect as it was a short walk to the boardwalk and the marina. Donna was very quick to reply to all questions that we had prior to check in. We will be booking again in the future for this property.

The condo was in a great location and a beautiful place, but it needs some maintenance. I stayed here with my husband and two kids (ages 1 & 4). For starters, the WiFi was very slow. The TV couldn't handle streaming shows, only movies. Make sure you bring extra hand soap, toilet paper, and napkins as supplies were slim. The ceiling vents to the HVAC system were dirty and the filter needed changed, handles to doors were not cleaned, the bed sheets on one of the full size beds were stained with something brown, there was something brown colored splashed on the wall behind the master bathroom toilet, the water and ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work, the master bathroom tub and shower stall were not thoroughly cleaned as there was sand and hair in them, the floors were a little dirty as well as there was crumbs on the living room floor and other debris under the furniture, the tub stopper in the guest bathroom didn't work, and the screen door to the patio door in the living room had trouble opening and closing. These things can be passable, but I was expecting a cleaner condo from the reviews I read prior to booking. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness given that's supposed to be a major selling point. I messaged the landlord a couple of days into our stay to make her aware of the condition of the place, but nothing was done to amend it. I don't plan on staying in this condo again.

Very nice and relaxing. The condo was very nice and clean. The broad walk is not far, the balcony is very spacious. This will be my second trip to this place and I love it!!!! Thank You because I really needed to get away and get me some piece of mind.

Had a great stay at Seabright 201. Great location to walk to boards & beach. Condo was clean & spacious, Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans,dishes,silverware etc which is definitely not always the case in rentals. The only reasons for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that there is no access to master closet so you need to hang your clothes in 2nd bedroom which is not ideal, especially for longer stays. There were also no smart tvs. Not the end of the world, but paying thousands for a stay I think that should be a pretty standard amenity offered. That being said, overall the place was great and we enjoyed our time in OCMD!

Clean and Great Location

The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Family of four had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Location was perfect! It was quiet at night and it close enough to walk to boardwalk and the beach! Highly recommend!

Great property

We had a wonderful time at this property and the location is great. We have stayed in the building before, but wanted something smaller this time. This two bedroom was perfect for our family and was well taken care of and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Would highly recommend; close to everything, easy process, and clean

We were wowed as soon as we pulled in and even more when we entered the apartment. Everything is updated and nicely located. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in. My husband and I had our 3 teens with us and wanted a location they would also enjoy. The board and clean beaches are just steps away and there are many restaurants and activities to enjoy. We had some questions about the use of the TV/cable, but the Landlord returned out inquiry rather quickly and effectively! I would certainly choose this place again and again.

Love this Condo!

This is the third time we have stayed here and keep coming back for more! It’s very spacious, updated and clean. The location is great! Just a very short walk to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants! Will definitely rebook again for next year!

Enjoyable Stay

The overall property was great especially being so close to the boardwalk. The master bedroom could use some currents to block out the lights in the evening and a new screen door since it looks to be old and damage. Other than that - I would recommend!
