The Space:
This apartment is in one of the best locations in downtown Playa del Carmen if you are looking to be near all the action but not right in the middle of it. Enjoy soaking up some warm rays in the rooftop pool, where you’ll have spectacular views of Playa and a peek at the sea in the distance.

The main spaces of the apartment:
- An open floor plan that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with colorful beachy decor throughout the apartment! You’ll definitely feel like you’re in the Caribbean.

- There’s a cozy sofa that becomes a sofa bed for flexible sleep space or to accommodate one guest, a coffee table that can be converted into a lap desk so you can use your computer comfortably on the sofa, and a desk that also serves as a dedicated workspace.

- From the LIVING area, you have direct access to your PRIVATE BALCONY, outfitted with a small table and 2 chairs where you’ll really enjoy the view of downtown.

- There’s a DINING table to accommodate 4 comfortably for sit-down meals.

Guests have access to the shared rooftop pool at the apartment building, which features tables, chairs, sun loungers, and spectacular city views. Don’t forget there is an onsite gym, so you won’t have to worry about missing your daily workout.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the shared pool with a lounge area and the gym onsite.

The Neighborhood:
The Veranto Condominiums are in one of the best spots in the hub of Playa del Carmen. Just a few blocks from the famous 5th Ave and within walking distance of almost everything you could need.

Getting Around:
The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination called Veranto Condo Living is about 54.7 km | 34 miles. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. One economical option is the ADO bus which is easy to find as you are exiting the airport.

If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Please note that the property is downtown so there is a potential for noise, such as traffic.

There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.

Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned for an additional charge, just please let us know in advance.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the apartment complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property, but first, you must stop at the front desk to get signed in. Then at the apartment, use the digital code on the keypad to enter. The access code will be provided within 24 hours of arrival.
