Excellent location

I stayed in Playa for 3 weeks and this was a great place to be in. The condo is very comfortable with an easy walking distance down 5th ave and a very short walk to Mamita's Beach. The building and underground parking seemed very secure and the rooftop pool was a great space and very quiet this time of year. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much. Thank you to the host for maintaing a nice space to stay.

Great place great emplacement but…

The property is clean and the emplacement is perfect! Near the action but enough far to be calm. The roof top is perfect. The only thing negative is the view! They are building new condos just in front and we can practically touch the new building when we are on the balcony! So if you are looking for sunlight and great view this is not for you

Good Apartment

This apt is very nice has all the basic stuff. The king bed is very comfy. The pillows are comfy. The shower is hot however i think if you have long hair or thick hair it is a bit weak for getting the shampoo out. The location is very good. 1 block away is the grocery store so convient There is a walking track across the street which the public can use when there is no event. Close to 5th Avenue and many restaurants. There are 2 issues for me. There is no view. You look at a brick wall 10 feet off the deck and there is a big fan off the end of the deck that runs 24 /7 so the noise on the deck is too loud. You donot hear it inside with the doors closed. So not a problem there. I was there for 2 months. I think if you are there 1 to 3 weeks this place is perfect. Has a nice pool on the roof. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Jessica.

We had a lovely stay in this modern apartment in Playa del Carmen, spending almost two weeks here very comfortably.Jessica was pleasant and easy to communicate with, and very accommodating with our dates. The location is excellent — an easy walk to the beach, shops, and Fifth Avenue. The building is modern, with a concierge on the main floor.The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern feel and nice finishes.The rooftop is a great addition, with a pool, a small gym, and a covered lounge area. The balcony is more enclosed and doesn’t offer much of a view, but it didn’t impact our stay.We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.Мы провели почти две недели в этих апартаментах и остались очень довольны — всё было комфортно и приятно.С Джессикой было легко и приятно общаться, и она пошла нам навстречу с датами. Локация отличная — до пляжа, магазинов и Пятой авеню можно дойти пешком. Само здание современное, на первом этаже есть консьерж.Апартаменты просторные, чистые и комфортные, с современной отделкой и приятной атмосферой.Крыша — большой плюс: есть бассейн, небольшой спортзал и зона отдыха под навесом. Балкон более закрытый и практически без вида, но нам это никак не мешало.Нам очень понравилось, и мы бы с удовольствием вернулись.

Quiet condo close to everything.

We so enjoyed our stay in Jessica's unit. Lovely unit, fast internet and Sky satellite TV, with a gorgeous rooftop pool. Great location, about a 5 min walk to the quieter end of 5th Ave. Lots of wonderful restaurants and the beach are nearby. Walmart and Mega supermarket are about a 15 min walk. Jessica was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
