THE LOCATION...

SOUTHERNMOST VISTAS is located on Whitehead Street, just steps from The Southernmost Point of the United States. You couldn't be any closer to the nightlife and attractions on the southern end of Duval Street (La Te Da and the Butterfly Garden are both right around the corner, and the Hemingway House is just up the street), yet this private home is tucked away just far enough from the hustle and bustle to give you a reprieve from the rest of the world. You won't need a car to get around, but should you decide to bring one there is a designated off-street parking space available.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

Upon entering SOUTHERNMOST VISTAS, you'll immediately notice the seamless blend of modern and island style décor that flows throughout this picturesque home. The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating in the form of a large sectional sofa. The first floor has a bevy of large windows, filling the living space with natural light and views of the tropical plants surrounding this slice of paradise.

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances and plenty of countertop and cabinet space. There is a kitchen island that can comfortably seat four and next to the living room is a formal dining table with seating for up to six.

THE POOL AREA & ROOFTOP SUN DECK...

Through the large French doors in the living room sits the dip pool and a lovely lounge area. The private heated pool is the perfect spot to relax after a day of walking around Old Town. Kick back poolside on the outdoor sectional sofa or fire up the BBQ grill to enjoy an outdoor meal. The entire pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

One of the most remarkable features of SOUTHERNMOST VISTAS is the million-dollar view of the Atlantic Ocean and historic Old Town you’ll enjoy from the Rooftop Sun Deck. There is no better place to soak up some sun than on the deck’s chaise lounges while you take in the breathtaking view. There is also additional outdoor furniture on the Sun Deck, making this the perfect place for enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the evening.

** Fourth Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible.
