Due to the central location of this fantastic bright 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment you and your family will be steps from the restaurants and shops of Los Porches. This apartment is also within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Benalmadena and La Carihuela and also the must see Puerto Marina.

The apartment consists of a master bedroom with ensuite, a double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is clean and bright with a lovely balcony where you and your family can sit and relax.

Two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a large sitting room and dining room leading to the balcony make this the perfect family accommodation.

Additionally the complex of Los Porches has a fantastic private swimming pool for the residents, open June to September

WIFI and television included.
One underground parking stall is also included.
