This floor comprises of a spacious and modern open plan kitchen, meals and family, front balcony, guest toilet & master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs is a living room, three good size bedrooms and main bathroom.
The creature comforts include ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, off street parking and outdoor dining table with BBQ provided.
Bed configuration is as follows; 1 x King - 3 x Queens and one double fold out sofa bed in downstairs living.
Premium hotel-quality linen and towels are provided for all guest stays, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your holiday in comfort and style.
You will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. Plenty of space to park boats or Caravans.
