Casa De Praia is a luxurious newly built home with all modern furnishings is located at North Beach. The home has distant views out to the gulf waters from the second storey front balcony, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This floor comprises of a spacious and modern open plan kitchen, meals and family, front balcony, guest toilet & master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs is a living room, three good size bedrooms and main bathroom.

The creature comforts include ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, off street parking and outdoor dining table with BBQ provided.

Bed configuration is as follows; 1 x King - 3 x Queens and one double fold out sofa bed in downstairs living.

You will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. Plenty of space to park boats or Caravans.

Good for grown-ups

The house has lots of space. Wouldn't recommend having young children stay at the house as it may be difficult to stick to the rules and regulations of renting the property. Price per person for linen hire is a bit expensive. Pillows and bed in downstairs front bedroom is uncomfortable. Could have been cleaner, but wasn't gross, just a few spots here and there that could have been better. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay in this nicely decorated and thoughtfully appointed home, and it would be great for a group of adults to stay in. Overall,
