Florida Sunshine

Location and neighborhood was good. Close to Disney, grocery stores. Living room furniture along with upstairs lounge was very nice/comfortable. After a long day most families would like to lounge around and watch tv. if not sitting by the pool (which was great). The couches in the family room were not comfortable. Hard to sit on and completely worn out. Also the area rug looked old. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time at Westhaven with our family. House was clean and suited our needs just fine. Communication was through a property management company but they were responsive and quick with their communication. The house isn’t new and has a few bumps and bruises from normal use but it’s nothing that took away from our stay and we felt very comfortable using it. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time in it and was one of the reasons we booked this house. We had a March stay and the pool has a few mature trees around it and is shaded until about 10 AM and you do get sun you just need to move your chairs around during the day. This might be nice in the summer when you want shade. A good value for the price point.

Overall the home was nice, clean and very comfortable . I would have given it a 5, however we had an annoying issue. At around 6 :30 a.m. one morning we were awaken by the alarm ( which was frightening).We tried to cut it off but every few seconds it would come back on. We called the emergency number on several occasions but they were of no help. They would promise to assist but never called back. It was just us continuing to call because of the continuous loud noise.This went on until after 10 a.m when a gentleman came to assist and corrected the problem. We are thankful to the gentleman that turned off the alarm, but the emergency personnel was not as helpful as they could have been.
