This Forest Gardens Villa has just undergone a complete renovation. New flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is brand new. The bright and airy unit has a modern and tasteful decor, with nautical colors, beautiful custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz. No expense was spared in this renovation.

Featuring a King bed in the master, with an en suite bath, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, along with a 2nd full bath in the hallway, this unit sleeps 4 comfortably for a relaxing family vacation. New flat screen televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room will suit all of your multimedia needs. Just steps from this unit is a beach path that leads right to the Atlantic Ocean. This unit also features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

This villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs as well as a beach cart left at the villa, so you can be sitting on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation! This unit also includes 4 free Adult Bicycles from South Beach Cycles which are left at the unit.

The community pool is a short walk, and this unit is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Circle Center and Coligny Plaza. With over 100 shops and restaurants, the South Forest Beach area is the place to be for vacation on Hilton Head Island. Come relax in this beautifully updated beach villa and enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

PERFECT !!

Everything we could of ask for and MORE. Check in and Check out was easy-peasy. The condo was beautiful, and spit spot clean!! The beds were comfy, and showers had great pressure, which we really appreciated, you dont have that often. The location and being able to walk or bike to beach, to Coligny, and grocery store was super convenient. Traveling with an 8 month old and having to bring along so many supplies, it was so nice not to have to pack beach chairs or beach wagon. Everyone at the pool was super nice, basically as I said, it was PERFECT.

Condo was beautiful! All nicely updated. Comfy bed, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the birds. Having bikes included was a wonderful bonus! Beach chairs, beach, wagon, and umbrella alll included was wonderful.

Spacious modern accommodations close to everything. We enjoyed riding the bicycle paths all around us as well as on the beach. Exactly as expected!!

Pictures were spot on!! Pool was lovely. Walk to the beach was a little further than expected but that was my fault for not checking. We had an issue with the slider door. Called the number and Joe was there within a couple of hours and fixed it right up, couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend!!

Property was clean, well stocked, and great location. Decor is very nice. Internet was spotty but we were here between Hurricanes Helene and Milton so may have been reason. Loved it and definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here at this villa. Loved the location as it was central to everything we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful (the walk there was nice). The villa was just as described. Would suggest a wagon to help bring in items from the car park. We would totally recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to spend som R and R!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully-renovated (top to bottom) unit. We love to cook and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Coligny shops, etc. We loved that it came with bikes and the beach cart!! Note that it's a 2nd floor unit (maybe not so great for folks with mobility issues) and the parking area is a bit of a walk, so I suggest using the provided beach cart when you arrive/depart to transport your things. Also, it overlooks a hotel parking lot, but is largely screened by trees & shrubs. It can be noisy at times though. The community pool is very nice and has both shaded and sunny areas depending on your preference. Highly recommend, especially of you are tired of old, dated units and want something bright and newly renovated.
