The Space:
Any time you visit Eastham on the Cape, you are sure to fall in love with the gorgeous beaches and quiet neighborhoods throughout this cozy town. Add on some delicious restaurants and a stunning home to call your own all vacation long, and you won't be able to resist falling in love with this Coastal Grove!

Walk up the step stone path and enter into this lovely wooded oasis. Entering into the home, you'll find yourself in the home's open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, where you can cook up a meal and chow down before watching your favorite movie under the beautiful vaulted ceilings.


Just off the living room, a beautiful sunroom with exposed wood beams and small breakfast table is a great space to enjoy a morning coffee or nighttime cocktail. When it's time to get some sun, head to the back deck, where an outdoor dining table awaits dining alfresco. The large yard allows plenty of room for your four-legged friends to run around.

The first floor houses three bedrooms. The home's primary bedroom features a private back deck and ensuite full bathroom.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, mini-split a/c units, and an outdoor shower. Nothing says coastal living more than enjoying a Cape Cod vacation in Eastham, at the Coastal Grove!

Will definitely rent again

We were impressed with the overall space and the usability of the yard for our dog. Additionally we were absolutely loved the fact that we had access to the staircase that led to a private section of Thumpertown Beach. We will absolutley be renting this property again next year.

Loved the screened back porch

Father’s Day weekend. Rained mostly. Spent most of the time at the house playing board games with family. Very comfortable and spacious.

Would visit again

Pros: Nice quiet very clean location, a little difficult at first to find beach access. Kitchen very nicely equipped. Agree w other reviewer on description- full upstairs sleeping area just doesnt have door but lots of room. Cons: prop mgrs never replied to flickering outdoor lights and cut grass so clippings tracked into the house until blower guy came right at dinner time 😕

Great Location/Great home layout.

Only complaint was 3 season porch full of cobwebs and outdoor shower loose paint on shelves. There was no garden hose to clean the shower so I purchased one (that you reimbursed me). For $5000/wk, those issues should have been taken care of.

Property is tired. Two window ac units were so loud as to be unusable. One Bedroom without ac unit, although description would not indicate this. Bathtub would not drain requiring liquid plumber. Sink in same condition. Simple expected convenience like a plug for kitchen sink absent. Location and yard excellent. On line staged pictures depicted bright property, so disappointment with dark interior. Property was not ready for occupation on 4 pm stated time.

Charming roomy home, close to beach, great for families

We enjoyed our stay at the Eastham house and would book it again. Pros: 1. Lots of spaces for gathering or being off on your own 2. Nice open kitchen setup, with most of the basics 3. Lovely sandy path to the beach 4. Big yard, nice plantings 5. Outdoor shower 5.Tasteful decor 6. Dog friendly, lots of nice shady lanes for walks. 7. Puzzles and games, plus a big TV Cons: (but not dealbreakers) 1. Outdoor sprinklers went on at noon, getting the patio and the lawn swing wet and therefore unusable for most of the day. I did ask for the timing to be changed to night or early morning, but the message didn't get through during our stay. 2. Description of house did not make clear that the upstairs room was available for use. I understand that it could not be listed as a bedroom because there is no door (it's a large, carpeted room with a big double bed, a pair of twin beds and a futon couch). It took a bit of sleuthing on my part to determine whether anyone could stay there. The room is fine but the acoustics mean you don't have much privacy. 3. I wish the easy access to the beach had been described more clearly -- we wasted $120 on a beach pass that we never used because we were so happy at Kingsbury Beach, plus the pass doesn't cover the ocean side. The path to the beach was not immediately obvious -- I discovered it while walking our dogs. Also, Del Mar was responsive when we called them to fix the dishwasher.
