Our Habourside villa with community pool and elevator in Shelter Cove Marina has access to Palmetto Dunes Resort. Close to 3 championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center, water sports, shopping, restaurants, etc. Enjoy the conveniences and amazing views of our incredible marina and neighborhood!



Located in Shelter Cove Harbour, this 1 bedroom villa features a 2-story floor plan with spiral stairwell to the main bedroom. The private balcony provides a tranquil place to read or enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



The spacious king-sized bedroom has ample closet space, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi throughout the residence and cable channels are included. The large jetted tub with skylights above add a bonus ambiance to our space. There is a large walk-in shower and stack-able washer & dryer in the upstairs bathroom with double vanity.



The living room features a queen-sized sofa sleeper with brand new furnishings and a flat screen smart TV with cable access. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower.



The eat-in kitchen has everything you need. If your plans do not include cooking, a variety of restaurants are just outside your front door to please every appetite. Major retailers and grocery stores are in close proximity to the villa for more extensive shopping needs.



This gorgeous villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! There are BBQ Gas grills located on the pool deck for guest to use, as well.



The marina is filled with activities for everyone. Book your next water excursion or sunset cruise at one of the kiosk in Shelter Cove. The beach access is located in Palmetto Dunes for those who can't wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Within Palmetto Dunes you will also find three championship golf courses, including the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, as well as a world-class tennis and pickleball center. The tennis center is rated #1 in the Carolinas by Tennis World and in the top 25 in the world by Tennis Resorts Online. Several courts are lighted for nighttime enjoyment. Camps and lessons are offered for those who wish to learn or improve their skills.



Explore the marina and resort on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride to destinations within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove Marina. The Dunes Buggy service dates are March 13- March 31: 10AM-8PM and April 1- Labor Day: 8AM-9PM.

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes a full set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and dishtowels. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware, salt & pepper, foil and ziploc bags. Beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels will be included, as well!



All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.



Parking Pass information: One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second pass may be requested before arrival for an additional charge.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. One parking pass is included in your rental rate. If you will need an additional pass for your vehicles, you will need to pay $30.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Harbourside I. Only 1 additional pass may be requested.

Home located in the beautiful Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Easy bike ride or drive to the beach. Hilton Head has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally. The Breeze Trolley runs seasonally as well and takes you across the island.
