The Space:
Besides the fact that this house is overwhelmingly beautiful, a unique aspect of the home is that there are ocean and beach views from every single communal area in the house. Las Hamacas is grand on every scale, from size to decadence. Upon entering the mansion, you will feel the Caribbean vibe straight away. Many of the materials used in the house are various woods, pines, and bamboos. Natural light floods the rooms and a light ocean breeze can be felt in all areas of the villa.

The main open-air living area of Las Hamacas is in the center of the house, overlooking the beach. The furniture oozes luxury and comfort and the high ceilings and wooden columns and beams make you feel like you could literally be in the middle of an opulent jungle. Everything from the hanging lights to the tiles on the floor is simply superb. There is another indoor living room with a smart TV and movies galore, perfect for those nights spent snuggled up on the couch. The indoor family room features a large pool table, more seating areas, and plenty of colors. There is also an indoor office, in case any work needs to be done. All the enclosed rooms at Las Hamacas have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is large and fully equipped. Have your meals prepared by your chef or if you love to cook, take free reign of the kitchen. There is an 8-seater dining room table in the kitchen to enjoy a casual meal and there is also a 12-seater dining room table outdoors in the main living room to have your meals alfresco. Another outdoor dining room overlooking the water has an 8-seater table – you are truly spoilt for choice.

Upstairs are the bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with a hot tub, and a stunning view of the ocean. Bedroom number two has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a terrace. Bedroom number 3 and 4 also have a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom each. Bedroom number 5 has two cute double beds with mosquito nets and an ensuite bathroom and the last bedroom is ideal for children with two full-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV, cable and DVD player and have been furnished delightfully.

Outside, hammocks hang from palm trees and shady spots, making it the perfect place to relax, read a book or have a snooze. The large pool is to-die-for and overlooks the beach. Sunbeds surround the pool and the staff is more than happy to whip you up a cocktail to enjoy while you soak up the sun. Beyond the pool, a mere meters away, the beach awaits. You never have to worry about wet weather, as the outdoor walkways are all covered.

Las Hamacas comes with a housekeeper, butler, and cooking services.

Guest Access:
In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, a tennis centre, two golf courses, Six Senses Spa the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.

The Neighborhood:
Las Hamacas is located in the exclusive gated community of Cap Cana. This little slice of heaven is 26-square miles and is home to stunning coral reefs, aqua-blue waters and white-sands. The community Resort is at the epicentre of Cap Cana and offers a high-class, luxurious experience.

Guests can enjoy activities such as golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding and services at the spa.

Getting Around:
The villa is just 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging a car service or a rental.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our limo drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.

Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.

For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services or planning excursions around the area.

When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
