LOCATION:

Vida Bella Estate is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The property is located oceanfront at Las Iguanas golf course (opening 2025) with a private beach and overlooking the ocean and golf course.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean`s finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, and more.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have 3 golf touring carts included with the rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Vida Bella Estate is a stunning 10-bedroom, 13 bath plus 1 half bath, 3-story luxury estate located oceanfront with a private beach in Cap Cana. This is a new construction from 2024.

With its unique and contemporary design, this property exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic complemented by stylish furniture, artwork, complete with all the amenities that you could possibly dream of.

Step through the impressive front door and be welcomed into the grand foyer, which features a remarkable spiral staicase with an indoor green area and double-height ceilings. This area leads you to a beautiful living area with an adjacent wine cellar, an indoor dining area with stunning ocean views, bar area and TV room. The living area connects seamlessly to the balcony with outdoor lounge area, the swimming pool, and the private beach. NOTE: Access to the pool area requires descending two flights of stairs.

The spacious outdoor area features a private swimming pool, a pool deck with sunloungers and umbrellas, a Jacuzzi, and a private beach. Here, you can lounge on one of the beach chairs and go for a swim in the ocean. NOTE: The ocean may at times be rough, and there may be a current, so swimming is always at your own risk.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. Additionally, your rental includes a private chef and kitchen assistant who will expertly prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to unwind and savor every moment of your vacation (food and beverages not included).

Fulfill all your entertainment needs with two bar areas (beverages are not included), pool- and poker tables, and darts. For movie nights, gather in the home theater, complete with a largen screen, projector, and comfortable chairs, for the ultimate cinematic experience!

Vida Bella Estate has 10 bedrooms including 2 ocean-front bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the main/1st floor (UK: Ground floor), and 8 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor).

Bedroom 1 (1st floor) ocean-front with magnificent ocean views, 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sitting area, closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, double rain shower, and private terrace with views of the pool, beach, and ocean.

Bedroom 2 (1st floor) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chairs, closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, rain shower, and access to the large wraparound terrace overlooking the pool and with views of the pool, beach, and ocean.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) The primary ocean-front suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, TV area, his-and hers walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double rain shower and Jacuzzi, and private balcony with views of the pool, beach, and ocean.

Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, sitting area, closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and rain shower, and access to the large wraparound balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.

ESTATE STAFF:

Chef and kitchen assistant: Your private Spanish-speaking chef and kitchen assistant will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the Estate (groceries are not included). The chef and kitchen assistant may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Bartender: The Spanish- and English-speaking will mix and serve drinks at the Estate. The bartender may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the Estate, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Estate Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking Estate manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The Estate manager will greet you when you arrive at the Estate, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
