The place was as advertised

The place was awesome and great for our short stay. Raj was very gracious with seeing if we needed anything during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a Perfect Getaway: Cozy, Clean, and Convenient!

I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and organization of the house during my trip. It seemed like the interior had recently undergone remodeling, and I could feel the homeowner's love and attention to detail in every corner. The comfortable beds, modern and cozy living room, and well-equipped albeit slightly small kitchen and bathroom were perfect. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. And its proximity to Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam downtown areas was convenient. One minor point I'd like to mention to the homeowner is that while we didn't face any inconvenience, the drainage speed of the bathroom sink was a bit slow. It might be worth addressing before it becomes more clogged.

Diet Coke and beer

The worst vrbo experience thus far. Listening to the owner walk around his house with full force of foot movement woke me up several times. When my daughter visited, she couldn't sleep due to a loud phone call where she could hear everything that was said. I left Wednesday morning instead of Friday. The kitchen had nothing in it except beer and coke. There was a canister with a bit of stale coffee in it. There were no outdoor chairs to sit on and there was a pile of junk next to my front door. This Vrbo basement suite had no standards of consideration for your guests. I'd suggest a refusal to let him advertise with your company. I would like a full refund please. Thank you.

Hi Karen, I'm genuinely saddened to hear about your experience at our place. Our consistent, positive feedback across platforms highlights our commitment to ensuring our guests have an excellent experience on their stay. For clarity: - Upon your arrival, there was some confusion regarding the correct entrance. I quickly assisted you & helped with your luggage to ensure a smooth check-in. - The following day, when you had trouble with the coffee machine, I came down right away. We discovered it was simply unplugged, and I made the coffee for you. Your immediate concerns were addressed as they arose. - Our listing doesn’t highlight the outdoor area, but it remains available upon request (something we’ve done for our guests with pets). As for the fridge, it contained brand-new, unopened items from previous guests, kept as a goodwill gesture by our diligent cleaner. - Following your feedback, we’ve taken some more noise-dampening measures, even though most of our guests find their stays peaceful. To our future guests: We pride ourselves on our proactive communication. While we faced challenges connecting with Karen during her stay, rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for all who stay with us. Should you have any queries or needs, please feel free to reach out directly 😊. Warm regards, Raj & Pluto

This was a great family friendly accommodation. Very clean and the host was very communicative. There is a huge yard and amazing parks within walking distance. A double and a queen bedroom with more than enough room for a pack-n-play. Air conditioning was perfect for getting the littles to bed on time. Highly recommend!!
