I'm not sure cozy is the best descriptive word for this property, this is a massive house in a beautiful setting. This property was a perfect fit for us in a great location and we heartily recommend it. Thank you to the hosts for having us.

We stayed for four days with family and friends for my son's wedding, and the home's layout was ideal. The living, dining, and family rooms are beautiful, featuring a separate breakfast area. The second-floor master suite is very large with a great ensuite, plus another bedroom with an ensuite, and two more decent-sized bedrooms with ample closet space. A fifth bedroom on the first floor next to a full common bathroom was very convenient. The kitchen is spacious, well-stocked, and has plenty of cabinets. All four bathrooms included full toiletries, and both floors offered wonderful neighborhood views that made our stay memorable and comfortable.ConsOven Odor: A very bad smell inside the oven when opened.Kitchen Cleanliness: Sticky floor and surfaces around the island and fridge.Broken Handle: The freezer door handle was unscrewed/broken.Temperature Control: Inconsistent temperature throughout the house.Windows: Family and living room windows were hard to open or close.Suggestion for Host Adding accessibility arrangement would be very helpful for seniors who struggle with navigating multiple flights of stairs.

Once we arrive, no instructions booklet or guest book to explain how to turn the TV on, etc. The house was so dirty that we had to use our Clorox wipes that we had in our suitcase to clean all the surfaces in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Most houses that we have rented have guest information about the city. Also most houses provide games and cards. None of that was available. Usually there is a book with menus restaurants. None of that was available. Downstairs bathroom shower door was about impossible to close. The upstairs master bathroom shower was disgusting mold all over it, other bathrooms had mold on the surfaces of the showers and tubs. no extra pillows or blankets available. In the back yard your view was very trashy. Outside steps were an accident waiting to happen. No rail and steps were loose and broken. We only used it one time to scared one of us would get hurt. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Our group of 3 couples over 65 rents houses twice a year. This house was definitely not worth the money.
