Don't book this property
I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception

We take security seriously and request photos and credit card information as part of our verification process to ensure the safety of both guests and property owners. Regarding the damaged blind, we're sorry for any misunderstanding. We rely on open communication, and if a guest notices pre-existing damage upon arrival, it's essential to report it to us immediately to avoid any confusion. The heater can also be set at the highest option to maximize the heat inside the home. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and we still thank you for choosing our home.
