This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, bottom unit comes with a large patio perfect for hosting an outdoor meal or just enjoying the sun. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a TV in every bedroom.



The home has a cozy living area with an ocean view when you first walk in, followed by a dining nook and a fully stocked kitchen for you to cook up your meals. Just beyond the kitchen follows the bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom is to your left. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds are on the right. These 2 rooms share the full bathroom in the hall.



Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and Fun Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa harbor daily.
