Darcie’s home was perfect for our stay in Sooke! We enjoyed a couple walks on Whiffin Spit and golfed with no rain! The house is super clean and very well-equipped. We will recommend Coastal Soul and will come back again.

Great location for walking Wiffen Spit and driving further along the west coast.It would have been nice to have some small bottles of basics, like olive oil for salads. There was just tea bags and Maxwell House coffee. The shower was great. There was only one small sachet of shampoo in the shower. Other places we have stayed at have had other products available.The sheets and towels were highly scented which we didn't like at all.

This was the cutest and cleanest vacation house, perfect for our first family trip to Vancouver Island. If you’re coming to this area and thinking about this place, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Great home and location

We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic and loved our nightly walks seeing the deer! 🦌 5/5 stars!

Darcie’s property is perfect. From the decor, to the cleanliness - it truly is the best. Darcie has thought of it all and has taken every step to curate the perfect escape for her guests. Bonus: Its walking distance to Whiffen Spit Park takes it to another level, being able to enjoy a breathtaking walk any time of day.

Perfect house in Sooke

My wife and I loved our stay here with our 7 month old daughter. The entire home is very spacious, modern, and clean. It exceeded expectations and is one of the nicest vrbo's we have stayed at. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Sooke area and will try to book again the next time we are back.

Immaculate, clean property, includes all the essentials needed

The house is in a very quiet area, great for relaxing indoors and out. Everything inside is wonderfully new, no expense spared and exceptionally clean. We choose this property also because of the EV charger, Tesla charged up overnight and was ready for full trip each day. Appreciated that Wifi was strong since there was still some work to be done while on vacay. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated that even different pillow options were available, for those of us who like our pillows on the firmer side :). Best sleep ever! A nice walk to Whiffin Spit to catch the sunset in the evenings and it was a very short drive over to restaurants nearby (Route 14 Bistro is excellent). Our host Darcie, was great in responding to requests. We enjoyed our time in Sooke and hope to return in future.

Gorgeous house that's extremely well equipped

The owner has a fabulous attention to detail, she has thought of everything - I really appreciated the yoga mat and hand weights. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The only downdide is that the outdoor seating area is a bit dark as well shaded by nearby trees.

Excellent well-equipped modern house

Quiet location where deer wander through the garden. Easy access to Wiffin Spit and access to the shore at several points round the peninsular, where we saw seals, eagles, and sea otters.

Amazing Stay

The house was exactly as advertised. Darcie has given this quaint little house the perfect furnishing and decor to make you feel right at home, maybe better. We loved all the little extra touches like the sign in book, the map of where her guests are from and the little chocolates. The master bathroom has an amazing shower that you could stand in all day! Truly one of the best VRBO stays we have had in the 15+ we have been using these services. We highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Spectacular

It is an absolutely gorgeous home. So close to Whiffin Spit, beautiful neighborhood, close to everything Sooke has to offer. Short drive to Shirley and Victoria. The house is immaculately clean, rain shower in bathroom with heated floor. Kitchen is well stocked with many of the things you would need and a great spice rack. Living room is cozy with a gas fireplace for those damp cooler days. Nice treats left for guests and friendly family to visit with. Right across the street is a whale watching company and fishing charters close by. Run, don’t walk to this rental.

If youre travelling to the Sooke area Darcie's house is the perfect home away from home. This is a brand new home with all the amenities that you need. Darcie is very kind and helpful and will answer all questions. This home has everything you would need. We highly recommend this lovely home....its very easy to keep clean....

Welcome to our brand new, luxurious, 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom modern high-end home, just a stone's throw away from the majestic Pacific Ocean!

Located in the beautiful town of Sooke, British Columbia, our home offers the perfect escape for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil vacation in a picturesque location.

With its thoughtful design and high-end finishes, our home is a true gem. The open-concept living space is flooded with natural light, highlighting the beautiful floors and sleek furnishings.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features upgraded appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals with local ingredients. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax with a book or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Both bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with plush bedding and new Endy mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom features a walk in closet, and a luxurious en suite complete with modern fixtures in floor radiant heating and a rain shower.

Step outside and breathe in the fresh ocean air on the private back patio, complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ for those beautiful summer nights.

Our home is located just a short walk from the iconic Whiffin spit park. The walking trail stretches 1.2 km out over the ocean with breathtaking views of the coastline. The charming town of Sooke is also just a short drive away, offering a variety of local restaurants, cafes, and shops.
