Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Closed the side door from Laundry Room. Exit from main entrance and lock it
Meet our manager Bruce for check out and return the key to Bruce
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This location is stunning, Loved the Art in the House and the surrounding area, the views were amazing.The place is Kids friendly and the pets loved it.The amenities are up to date, would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful location & stunning views. The long winding driveway was crazy in the heavy fog. Saw whales, seals & eagles. It was very private. We loved our stay there.

Beautiful property, set off highway on a VERY windy one way road. Get your groceries before you go. Closest grocery is 10 minutes. The property hadn’t been dusted in a long time, hair in both showers, fecal matter on master bathroom toilet, food in fridge, old coffee grounds, dirty laundry in washing machine, old sock on floor. Unresponsive host. Went back and forth with host. Finally, she said “so do you want it cleaned?” Of course I did! A teenager showed up with his friends in the car and we left for him to clean. When we returned we found he had changed the garbage bag in the kitchen and folded bathroom towels. Nothing else. When I brought it to the attention of the “premier” host, she said I guess I need new cleaners. No offer of a partial refund or anything. Not kid friendly. It works fine, you just have to be diligent with the doors since you are right on the water. Also lots of decorative items which we just put up out of reach. Beautiful place, just don’t count on the host helping you or cleanliness.

This private 53 acre estate is nestled just off the scenic Malahat Drive only 25 minutes from downtown Victoria, 20minutes from Brentwood College & 15 minutes from major shopping. Treat yourself to the ocean front peace and tranquillity of Findlayson Arm. The home offers water views and balcony access from every room. This gated property features a private dock which will accommodate a 45 ft boat ( please make additional arrangements and inquire on daily dock rate). We are perfectly located for easy and quick access for water sports, fishing, crabbing, hiking and local sightseeing
