Horrible experience from host and Vrbo

Terrible experience. Host never showed and vrbo dropped the ball on making it right. Had to self lodge for three nights of one week vacation. Then vrbo stuck me at some backwoods fishing camp. Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. Never using vrbo ever again.
