Centrally located, for those up for the adventure, Mt Coolum is a short drive where you can climb to the summit for an incredible view over the ocean, play a round of golf or hit the beach for a surf. Puppies will love the local off leash dog beach only 5 mins away! Nestled between Coolum beach and Noosa Heads you are a short 8-minute drive to Coolum and a scenic 20-minute drive to Noosa.

The space
Located in Peregian Springs in a quiet no through street, this private, light and airy home is well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, media room, large dining area and outdoor entertaining.

Guests will enjoy the lovely alfresco fireplace for those cozy winter evenings, to snuggle up and watch a movie on the outdoor TV. The jewel of the home is the stunning private, resort style Magnesium pool. Enjoy alfresco cooking on the Masport 6 burner BBQ, perfect to share a meal at the end of the day.

Guests will adore the stylish little Caravan that sleeps two and has its own little fan/heater.

Ceiling fans throughout, including all three bedrooms and there is air-conditioning in the media room.

This modern family home is safely tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac - Bring the kids bikes for them to play safely on the paths at the front of the home. Enjoy a short stroll to the playground, Kick a footy on the oval, enjoy breakfast at the local Pool Cafe and Coles is nearby for supplies.
