Great family home soooo close to downtown Highlands. It was the perfect home base for my son’s wedding. Loved the split living areas with four bedrooms downstairs to put the little ones to bed early and still be able host guests without disturbance. Definitely recommend !

Our group of six girls had the most wonderful stay! This house was absolutely perfect in every way. The mountain luxury, attention to detail, spectacular decor, and rich history of the home made it truly special. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with the perfect living areas for our group to relax, visit, and enjoy time together.The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short, easy stroll to downtown and within a hop, skip, and a jump of everything we wanted to see and do. Despite being so close to town, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the beautiful view from the upstairs deck.The only thing worth mentioning is that the mattresses were on the firmer side, but that’s certainly a matter of personal preference.Honestly, we couldn’t find a single negative. Everything was just about perfect, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was absolutely amazing. The combo of being a stones throw from downtown and the ample outdoor space to run and hang (including screened in porch) was perfect for our big family with kids.

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was walkable to Main Street restaurants and shops. The owner was accessible and the property was as advertised.

Everything was perfection. Great space for my family of adult married couples and 2 children. House was well appointed and everything was very clean. The outdoor deck was great and the fireplace was a nice touch. 4 bedrooms downstairs are split 2 and 2 and have a door to each hallway which provides privacy. Very close walk to everything in town and to the nature center that was a great walk. I will absolutely stay at this house again.

perfect house

Great location! We loved sitting on the upper deck and looking at the lake - great family room upstairs. It was a great place to stay and wonderful being so close to town.
