Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this stunning second-floor villa offers a modern coastal feel and a prime South Forest Beach location just a short walk from the sand. A rare find, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bath villa is perfect for families or groups looking to experience Hilton Head Island in comfort and style.

Completely renovated and tastefully updated with all-new furnishings, the villa provides plenty of room to relax and unwind. The main level features a beautiful galley-style kitchen with brand-new appliances, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and open living space. The living room is designed for gathering, featuring comfortable new furnishings and a large flat-screen TV as the focal point. Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom offering a Queen bed and a full hallway bath.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, including one with a Queen bed and another with two Twin beds, as well as a third full bathroom—making this layout ideal for extended families or multiple couples traveling together. With four Smart TVs, free WiFi, and thoughtful updates throughout, every detail has been designed for an easy, enjoyable stay.

The Island House community is located just one block from the Atlantic Ocean and offers a large community pool (open April through October), ample parking steps from the villa, a pool house, picnic area, and a grilling space conveniently located behind the building. Guests are also just a short stroll or bike ride from the beach, Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and some of Hilton Head’s best dining and shopping. With four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs included, everything you need for the perfect island getaway is right at your fingertips.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group was two couples and two singles , so finding a 4 bedroom with no bulk beds was terrific, furnished very tastefully, and clean. Only draw back with this property is living space area is small with no patio or balcony. Pool area looked very well maintained . Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate for this trip so we did not get to enjoy the pool. We did cook and kitchen had everything we needed .

The place is really nice. The kitchen is more stocked (dishes, utensils, cookware, etc) than you’d expect. There is even a few small kitchen appliances (air fryer, toaster, blender, two types of coffee makers). A few things to note: it’s a condo and there is plenty of furniture, so it isn’t the most OPEN floor plan, with a high energy toddler and some rainy days, this wasn’t ideal. The condo also does not have a bathtub, again not ideal when traveling with little ones. Also, the ceiling upstairs is slanted in some areas and pretty low, so be mindful if you are a taller traveler. These are just some “things to know”. Overall, it’s a great place, communicative hosts, clean, easy check outs and they even accommodated an early check in for us! Would 100% book again.

We had several issues first it was a cold shower in the master bedroom and downstairs bath. They adjusted and the one got better but never had one hot shower in master. Master bed frame fell apart couldn't sleep in there one night. And we found several bugs upstairs and down. Wouldn't stay here again

Condo was neat and orderly and appropriate size with four bedrooms as we required. Everyone in our group was pleased with location and accommodation and enjoyed our time together as a family in Hilton head.

Only two things could use improvement in the unit. 1-shower floor is very soft in the shower and the kitchen could use some casserole dishes for baking, there were none, but overall experience was great and would definitely stay again and recommend

Comfortable place in great location

We had 6 adults in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to come together, relax AND get ready for the wedding. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and to the various locations associated with the wedding. Communication with the host was great -- they let us know about a repair and when the property was open for early check-in.

Conveniently located condo

Clean, spacious two level in a quiet complex just a 5 minute bike ride from beach, restaurants, and shops. The front door did not reliably lock and we had an unexpected visitor.

Great 4 bedroom walking distance to beach and Caligula

Nice clean convenient location for a reasonable price for a four bedroom which is hard to find. I would recommend and will probably rent again.

Family vacation

The location of this property is perfect and the access to a pool was ideal because it was extremely hot the weekend we stayed. The condo was clean. Some negatives: there is very little household essentials in the condo for use. We had like 3 kitchen trash bags, one very thin roll of papertowels. The upstairs was extremely warm on arrival and heats up due to extremely old windows, also the bed upstairs is advertised as a queen but is definitely not. Its probably a double bed and was very difficult for a couple to sleep on. The beds were very comfortable. The only other negative is you cant have a golf cart which would have made the location and access to things perfect.

Spacious

Place had plenty of space for a family of 8, the 2 rooms upstairs are a little warm, they had plug in fans but they need ceiling fans. The ac is not strong upstairs but very good in the lower level 2 bedrooms. The rugs in the bathroom need cleaning or replacement. For the amount of people the house accommodates they need a larger dining table. The beach is a true 10-12 minute walk, and restrooms at the beach are very far, you better to go back to the apartment.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expensive for what you get. Loft area is hot, no ceiling fans, and has gnats. Cleaning before our arrival was sub-par. Some bedding and mattresses were dirty. Found candy wrappers in mattresses. Used soap in a shower. Caked rust in washer. Remodeling work is very poorly done. Upstairs vertical blinds are broken and patched together. Landing and steps outside are in bad shape. Outside area is not clean. Master bathroom door is a barn door with no handles. Pinched my fingers several times. That toilet paper holder is rigged together. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for what I paidd for this unit/place. Pool was ok, but not the cleanest, and no ammenities. Bikes were good. Beach chairs were good. When I called about bedding, I was told they would contact cleaning personnel. I never got a response back the entire week. I will not stay here again.

Good place

I can be picky so ultimately I need to say this was as described. It was clean place, everything worked, location was good, could walk to the beach and just across the main road from Shipyard for golfing. Some small complaints: no tray or shelf or soap holder in shower stall, some windows wouldn't lock (no real security concerns as its second floor and third floor), it was clearly rehabbed on a bit of a budget but all the TV's worked, beds were comfy, 2 kinds of coffee makers (Keurig and drip). At the same time seemed like it was owned by a rental management company; not necessarily a bad thing but I've stayed at places that an individual rents and places that a company with several locations rents and there is a slight difference. For example, the rental company has an app. Normally that's possibly a good thing. Only it doesn't work and so when they try to steer you to the app for more information, it creates some frustration because they could have put it in an email or communicated over VRBO but they add an extra and ineffectual step. Like I said initially, its a good place and really a good value.

March Break Getaway

We were pleased to see that what we saw online is what we got when we arrived. It is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. The property management is very quick to reply to any questions or issues we had. The toaster was broken but it was quickly replaced by a brand-new one. We were very happy with the unit. Just a couple of suggestions: the kitchen could be a little better equipped (it would have been nice to have some wine glasses, a cheese grater, a corkscrew) and the dining table only seats 4 people which was too small for our group of 7. But, other than that, it was great for our vacation.
