We were very comfortable in the cottage. It’s convenient to everything and still away from the traffic so it’s quiet. The place was spotless and had plenty of everything you needed except the food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This home was hands down the best rental stay I have visited! It was perfect for my long weekend in New Smyrna for a friend’s wedding. The home was clean, cozy, amazingly decorated, and had everything I needed throughout my stay! 10/10 would stay again and recommend to a friend.

We will be back!

This was our second stay at The Cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The location is ideal for splitting time between shopping and beach going. The Cottage is also very clean and is well furnished. My daughter (5 years) always asks, “when can we go back to The Cottage?”

Very nicely decorated. Unique cozy cottage with really cool TV that raises up near the end of the bed. The neighbors have a lot of cats that we enjoyed. The neighborhood is historic and relaxing. Owner/ host was a great communicator. We would stay again.

This property satisfied all of our wants. My daughter loves the beach and we were minutes away. My husband loves downtown and we were minutes away. I love luxury and comfort and The Cottage absolutely delivered on that! We are already talking about when we can stay again!

We could not have asked for a better stay. We have stayed at MANY rentals and BnB's in New Smyrna both on and off the island and this cottage was my favorite! It is cozy, extremely well appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and amazing shower! We walked to Botanical House Coffee Roasters in the mornings, lunched at Paco's Subs (not to be missed), and a wonderful view of the water is just around the corner. Canal Street is only a couple blocks away, but this beautiful oak and moss canopied quiet street seems a million miles away from any traffic or people. 5 stars!

The cottage was tastefully decorated, very comfy, and had everything we needed! We were close to everything, while being in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe, plus being able to to park so close to the door was a huge bonus! Made loading and unloading in the mid day rain a cinch! Thank you Amy for being a great host!

Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.

The best vacation rental experience we've ever had (and we do this a lot). I actually couldn't wait to leave this review. Such a wonderful, welcoming and thoughtful space. Literally everything we could have needed was right there in the house for us. We felt super safe with the security camera's outside. It was super clean, and cozy. The perfect spot for 2 of us to stay near family and work remotely. 10/10 looking forward to staying here again.

We were totally impressed! We came from Mississippi to attend my granddaughters graduation from Stetson University. It was close by easy to get there. It is the perfect tiny house. It has everything we could imagine or need. It was very comfortable and I have to say I would come back just for the shower! It was amazing. Everything was definitely on spot. I can't think of anything I would add to make it better. We loved it!
