The Space:
Whether you choose to take up surfing, relax on the soft sands or hit the pavement along the scenic coastal walking paths - there is so much beauty to be explored! Perfectly positioned, this apartment has an array of cafes, restaurants, surf club and bars all within a short walking distance. Located on the second floor, the apartment enjoys pleasant sea breezes and oceanfront views from the vast communal terrace adjoining the balcony.
As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted with a hallway which leads to a beautifully styled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that is illuminated by natural light from the balcony. The living area features a three-seater and a 2.5-seater lounge, air-conditioning, plus a bean bag chair and a smart TV overlooking the balcony. The coastal contemporary living space further extends to a modern, fully stocked kitchen and a dining table with seating for four. The sliding doors open up to the balcony, featuring an outdoor table for six to serve up meals and alfresco dine from the weber BBQ. Pack the bocce balls or kubbs set and challenge the friends and family to game on the terrace area in the sunshine.
At the end of the hallway is the freshly furnished master suite which features a comfortable king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling-fan, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. Across from the master is bedroom two with a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The third and final bedroom consists of two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The modern main bathroom and laundry space adjoins bedroom three and is complete with a vanity, shower, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. When you’ve had enough of the salt, sun and surf, head to the complex shared pool area adjacent to the terrace, which features a seating area with plenty of chairs to sit back and soak up the infamous Sunshine Coast weather.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, built-in-wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Laundry: Sink, top-loader washing machine and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park a single car in the garage. This garage will fit a small-medium sized car. Any larger cars or additional parking is available in a paddock accessible via Mari St, approximately a 300m walk from the unit complex. You will have shared access to the alfresco deck off the front patio and also access to the shared pool and complex gym.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is directly opposite the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headland beach. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. Alexandra Headlands is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately 100m away from the Alexandra Parade bus stops where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Please note that the single garage is suitable for a small-medium car only and cannot accommodate a 4WD. Additional parking is available in a paddock accessible via Mari St, approximately a 300m walk from the unit complex.

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
