Located directly across from the beach and within easy walking distance to local cafés and restaurants, it’s the perfect base for a laid-back getaway. Guests can also enjoy full access to the resort’s pools, spa, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, BBQ area, and secure parking.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, this thoughtfully styled apartment is located on the 4th floor and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re cooling off in the pool, enjoying a BBQ dinner outdoors, or starting the day with a quiet coffee before the beach, everything is set up for an easy, relaxed visit.

Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.
Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your arrival for security reasons).

The Mirage Resort is perfectly positioned just across from the beach and only minutes from both Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, giving guests easy access to boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and family-friendly attractions
Getting Around:
The Mirage Resort is centrally located, making it easy to explore the Sunshine Coast. Many cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach are all within walking distance. Public transport is readily available nearby and rideshare services such as Uber operate throughout the area. Guests with a car will appreciate the secure onsite parking and easy access to popular destinations including Mooloolaba Esplanade, Cotton Tree, Sunshine Plaza, and the Sunshine Coast Airport, all within a short drive.
Other Things to Note:
This property is located within a family-oriented resort. All guests must comply with council regulations and Mirage Resort Body Corporate rules at all times.
This apartment is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any disturbance reported by neighbours or resort management may result in security call-out charges and immediate cancellation without refund.
HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking anywhere on the property, including the apartment, balconies, car parks, driveways, pool areas, or any common areas
• No pets
• No parties or events
• No additional guests or visitors beyond those confirmed at the time of booking
• No loud music or excessive noise (Quiet hours between 9 PM - 7 AM)
• Maximum of one vehicle per booking. Visitor parking is not permitted unless approved by the site manager (garage height limit 2.1m)
• E-bikes and scooters must not be taken into the building. Charging is only permitted at the designated charging station, and storage is restricted to your allocated car space
Neighbours and resort management monitor noise and disturbances closely and will report any issues immediately.
