Marina Azul - Stunning Home 2 Blocks From Leadbetter Beach

Welcome to the Mesa! Live like a Santa Barbara local with a quick walk to our beloved Leadbetter Beach and don't forget to bring your surf board. This freshly renovated and professionally decorated home brings a wave of calm as you step through the front door at Marina Azul. The bright and light interior create serenity and peace making it a wonderful place to call your home. The large windows throughout flood the interior with natural light. French and Dutch doors provide optimal indoor/outdoor living. You'll enjoy the large dining table (indoor/outdoor) and seating around the outdoor fire pit — the perfect ending to a spectacular beach day filled with that relaxing Santa Barbara vibe.

Marina Azul offers dual primary bedrooms both with ensuite baths and king beds -- one located on the lower level and one on the upper level with its own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Two guest rooms are located downstairs. The first includes a queen bed, office space and ensuite bath. The second, includes two darling iron twin beds -- perfect for children. A casita with a futon and WFH/Zoom office space is located adjacent to the home. After a day at the beach, step into the outdoor shower before relaxing.

Marina Azul is a short walk to Shoreline Park and Leadbetter Beach, and a short drive to Downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone making it the prime location for your California getaway.

Fantastic location, beautiful home and outdoor space! The house had everything you need when you travel and what you hope to have in a VRBO! The backyard was gorgeous with a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating and a dining area. The garden was dreamy - we watched hummingbirds, listened to a relaxing water feature in the background and the beach was 2 blocks away. I celebrated my 40th birthday with a few couples and everyone had their own private room and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Santa Barbara!

Beautiful Santa Barbra Stay

It was a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was immaculate and so close to Shoreline park and Leadbetter Beach. The property management staff was very helpful and communicative and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a Great Santa Barbra Experience!

This entire trip was perfect. Friends and I were in Santa Barbara to attend a wedding and everything from check in to our departure was easy and perfect. The house was gorgeous and in a perfect location with the beach just a short walk a way. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. I could not recommend this house any more. I’d give it more stars if I could. We will be back.

Perfect home for graduation

Wish I would have had more time to enjoy the backyard. The house was immaculate and you couldn't beat the location to down town and the quiet neighbor hood that it is in. The house was like a model home. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara Bridge Trip

Three of my friends and I take a week trip each year to a new location. This year was Santa Barbara. We play bridge and sometimes sightsee and shop. This trip was quiet and stay at home. The house was perfect for us. We had a peaceful, lovely time.

Amazing Beach Home

We had a mix group of family and friends staying on property. The house was clean, comfortable and decorated with style. We were so close to the beach and made daily walks and bike rides. Any questions we had were responded to promptly. I would recommend this house to any and all of my friends and would stay there again on my next trip to town.

First time in Santa Barbara

Marina Azul could not have been a more perfect spot for our first trip to Santa Barbara! The location was ideal to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise each morning, and the smell of jasmine and lemon from the backyard, alongside the sounds of birds chirping and the decorative water fountain, brought pure tranquility. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors welcoming, and the house clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect size for our stay. While we did not interact with the hosts during our stay, they were accessible should we have needed them. I hope to be back soon!

Awesome 7 Friends Reunion

This home exceeded expectations and was the perfect place for our reunion. We are 7 ladies (now 73-74) who have been best friends for 60+ years. We came in from all coasts and had a wonderful 4 days. Comfortable beds, lovely linens and even a great assortment of teas and coffees. Host thought of everything!
