PROPERTY DETAILS The two level, newly renovated apartment is bright, airy and with views straight out to the Pacific Ocean. You are absolute beachfront and directly opposite Alexandra Headland beach and surf club. This apartment is on the third floor with lift access from the secure basement parking
The beach and coastal walkway to either Mooloolaba or to Maroochydore is in front of the apartment. The Alexandra Headland Surf Club and its stunning patrolled beach are opposite.
This 2 Bedroom Apartment has: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed (downstairs) Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (upstairs)

The whole apartment is air-conditioned with overhead fans in both bedrooms.
The apartment has free and unlimited NBN high speed internet.
The verandah is perfect for outdoor dining, coffee, drinks, or simply taking in the views and watching the world go by. With ocean breezes coming straight across to you, you will rarely need the apartments air conditioning.
The kitchen has a cook top, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all items that you would need for cooking. All cutlery and crockery is supplied.
Guests have sole use and exclusive use of the apartment and balcony. There is shared use of the car park, pools, gym, games room and meeting room
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
There is an incredible 150 metre lagoon pool downstairs that is stretches the length of the resort. This and the separate pool, spa, children's playground, games and well equipped games room are all available for you to use as part of your stay.
Parking is in the underground basement in the dedicated car park The car park has a 2.1 metre clearance.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful ocean front apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
