Avery's Corner is the ultimate home away from home located in the heart of StoneBridge Resorts. This is the perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends.
NEW PRIVATE HOT!
The condo boasts a modern and stylish design that is both comfortable and inviting. The spacious living area features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Gather around the dining area for family meals. Step outside onto the private deck and soak in the NEW private hot tub with stunning views of the rolling hills of the Ozarks. This is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. The deck features outdoor seating, plenty of space for outdoor dining and entertaining.
When you are ready to rest, head into any of the three bedrooms. There are two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, providing ultimate privacy and comfort. The bunk room is perfect for kids and features a twin-over-full bunk bed and an arcade game for endless entertainment. There is also a hallway bathroom for convenience.
Avery's Corner is located in StoneBridge Resorts, which offers plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy, including a pool, golf course, tennis courts, and playground. The resort also features a restaurant and bar, perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two. This condo is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Ozarks, with nearby hiking trails, lakes, and attractions. Take a short drive to Table Rock Lake for swimming, boating, and fishing. Or head out to Silver Dollar City for a day of thrilling rides and family-friendly entertainment. We include over $400 worth of FREE tickets each day for nonstop fun.

At Ledgestone Clubhouse, you will find one of the pools with deck space conveniently located adjacent to Ledgestone Grille. Make sure to grab a snack and a cold beverage! You will find the second full-sized pool located in the Fox Hollow area. This pool is located near the basketball court and playground–the perfect place for family-friendly fun and relaxation.
Golf: Ledgestone Golf Course is a championship golf course that offers 18-holes and is located on-site! Golf Digest describes it as “a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture”. For an additional fee, you can enjoy this amazing golf course!
Nature Trail: Ready to explore? There is a moderate-grade nature trail that is perfect for adults and children!
StoneBridge Resort offers an abundance of amenities on-site and is conveniently located just minutes from Silver Dollar City and the Famed Hwy 76!
No space for boat or trailer parking. We recommend that you make advance boat accommodations at Indian Point or Rock Lane Marinas, both are just 10 min away!

After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
