The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the central island that can seat up to 5, and have a family meal around the large dining tables in the formal dining space can seat up to 24.

Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room, step out onto your private pool deck where you will find your own private pool and spillover spa. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 8 sun loungers or two ledge loungers that surround the pool. Head to the tiki bar where you can grill up your next meal and enjoy it on the high top that seats 4 or outdoor dining with seating for 16. When you've enjoyed your time in the pool, take advantage of the outdoor entertainment with ping pong, corn hole or giant connect 4.

• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
