The first floor of the villa showcases soft, neutral hues and golf and lagoon views from nearly every corner. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and deck access. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area overlooks the golf course and lagoon and is perfect for entertaining with its close proximity to the kitchen. The dining area has ample seating for your whole party.

The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, showcases an abundance of natural light and offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon and golf course. It surely is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book!

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and is equipped with a king-sized bed, a TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the stunning golf course and lagoon. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity, a spacious bathtub, and a beautiful glass walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom is located on the first floor and offers 2 full-sized beds, a TV, and a private secondary bathroom with a glass, walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is also located on the first floor and offers 1 full-sized bed, 1 twin-sized bed, and a third bathroom. This full bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub combination that is also accessible from the hall.
