The space
Thoughtfully designed for couples who appreciate comfort, privacy, and exceptional value, S4 gives you a fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your time in Roatán.

Step inside through your private covered deck and into a warm, inviting living space featuring natural wood finishes throughout. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with light granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, double sink, cookware, dishes, utensils, and food-preparation essentials. Complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, drinking water, ice, paper towels, and basic cooking supplies help make settling in easy.

Just beyond the kitchen, a high-top dining table seats four, while the comfortable living area provides a couch, 44-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Fast 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, Netflix, and local cable are included.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, its own 44-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, and plenty of storage with a natural wood hanging cabinet and dresser.

The private bathroom includes a full shower, granite-topped vanity, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and fresh bath and face towels.

Outside, your private 6-by-9-foot covered deck provides a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by tropical greenery.

During your stay, you'll enjoy full access to Anantasun's saltwater infinity pool, relaxing hot tub, tropical gardens, hammocks, loungers, outdoor gathering areas, BBQ grills, and complimentary on-site parking.

Beach days are easy with complimentary use of paddleboards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, drink coolers, and beach towels.

A backup generator helps provide uninterrupted comfort during occasional island power outages, while optional housekeeping, next-day laundry service, airport transportation, and grocery pre-stocking assistance are available to make your vacation as effortless as possible.

Guest access
You’ll have private, exclusive use of your entire one-bedroom apartment, including your own entrance and covered furnished deck.

Throughout your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy all shared guest areas at Anantasun, including the saltwater pool, hot tub, tropical gardens, hammocks, loungers, outdoor gathering areas, BBQ grills, and complimentary on-site parking. Complimentary beach equipment—including paddleboards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, drink coolers, and beach towels—is also available for guest use.

Round-trip airport transportation is available for $120 USD and includes airport pickup, a convenient grocery stop along the way so you can stock up on essentials, transportation directly to Anantasun, and return transportation to the airport at the end of your stay.

For longer stays, optional housekeeping is available for an additional fee, along with convenient laundry service for $10 per load. Laundry is returned clean and folded within 24 hours.

Paddleboards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, drink coolers, beach towels, BBQ grills, and use of the pool and hot tub are complimentary for our guests.

S4 is located approximately two flights above the lower property level and requires about 32 stairs to reach the apartment. There is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable with stairs when booking.

Traveling with a little one? A Pack ’n Play is available for infants when arranged with your host in advance.
