Welcome to The Bombshell Beach House! This 3 story, 3 bedroom luxury water-front townhouse located in Clearwater Beach, FL has been a childhood dream come true for me as a Clearwater native! As avid travelers, my husband and I wanted to create a STAY-CATION spot that mixed in all of the comforts of HOME with all of the luxuries of a 5 star vacation & this beach house is JUST THAT!

The space

1ST FLOOR LIVING: Step into the pages of a interior designer magazine when you step through the front door to this waterfront walkout. Complete with a queen sized sleeper sofa with all of the finest linens necessary to make you feel right at home. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie with full Netflix, Hulu, Vudu access. Or watch the game and become immersed in the 65" 4k TV and state of the art Samsung Dolby Atmos sound system. No need to go upstairs, as this level is complete with it own full beverage center.

2ND FLOOR LIVING: Our love for design and attention to detail continues as you walk up the stairs into the second living room. Floor to ceiling glass doors slide together to reveal a balcony with seating for 3 to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or the sunset in the evening with your favorite vacation libation. Living Room is complete with queen sized sleeper sofa with all of the necessary linens, Roku enabled 65" TV, and Bang & Olufsen sound system.

KITCHEN: Chef's Dream with quartz countertops, European wood cabinetry, professional series Kitchen Aid appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Breville coffee machine, Breville toaster oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

DINING: Enjoy a home cooked meal all together at the dining table with seating for 5, grab a snack at the kitchen counter with bar height seating for 4, or dine al fresco waterside on the first floor with seating for 6.

OWNERS STATEROOM: Enter your own sanctuary once you step through the door of the owners stateroom. Enjoy a view of the water either from the comfort of a Stearns and Foster Euro-top king size mattress or on the Restoration Hardware daybed on the private terrace. Wash all of your worries away in the ensuite spa like bathroom complete with large glass enclosed shower, his and her sinks, makeup mirror, and walk in closet. No sanctuary would be complete without the option to fully escape and relax either to music over the Bang & Olufsen sound system or catch a film on the 55" 4k TV with Roku.

GUEST BEDROOM 2: Even though this isn't the owner's stateroom, we didn't skimp on the details. Italian linen covered Purple brand mattress is sure to help alleviate any pain you have from your day at the beach. Roku enabled 55" TV and bluetooth sound system offers you a complete entertainment package. Sit back and read your favorite book in the comfy linen chair tucked in the corner.

GUEST BEDROOM 3: Whether for a child or a couple, you will not be disappointed with this bedroom. A queen sized Purple brand mattress covered in Restoration Hardware linens, duvet covered down alternative comforter, and plenty of pillow choices certainly won't leave you wanting for much. Roku enabled 55" TV and bluetooth speaker give this room all the comforts of home.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best week in Clearwater staying here. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and then some! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to gather together and also have our own space! The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we could walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We are already talking about planning another trip!

The host, Billy did everything to make our stay amazing. We’ve rented several places before but this was the first time, he reached out to give his cell number and when we reached out for any requests, he was so responsive. He allowed early arrival and late check out to coincide with our flight times. The place had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Our favorite thing was the patio, we hung there most of the weekend, looking at the water and visiting with our family. We definitely want to return to Clearwater and stay at this rental again. The location with being able to walk everywhere was amazing. Everyone in our party loved it and would recommend this property.

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed at this home for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the owners are. They went out of their way to come fix a minor issue and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. It is evident they genuinely care about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We all loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We loved everything about this waterfront condo -- it is beautifully decorated, perfectly appointed, and very clean. What an amazing place with every amenity you could imagine, right on the water in Clearwater Beach. We celebrated our friends 60th birthday party, we were able to park our boat in the boat slip. Clean, great location and absolutely stunningly beautiful on the inside. I will rent this place again!!

8 days of sun & fun at this beautiful property! We enjoyed the quiet inlet view with dolphins! The pool was excellent. We loved the close proximity to the beach, great restaurants & fun excursions from the marina! This property has open air doors, amazing showers, a handy washer & dryer along with & gorgeous kitchen! We just spent a week at this beautiful townhome. We had a wonderful time! There is plenty of room to spread out and great spaces to be all together. Everything about this house was perfect. We hosted a mastermind retreat and the location and amenities were amazing. Beautiful condo!

We visited Clearwater to meet up with family who we haven't seen in over a year due to covid. From booking to check out, Billy the owner was responsive, helpful and attentive. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a beach getaway. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater Beach!

Wedding on the beach

We rented the property with our kids for our wedding on the beach. The house is amazing and perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, marina, and local restaurants. The house is well maintained and tastefully furnished and decorated. The host contacted us prior to the rental start date and was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will always have this home in our memories and had a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

The house is in a prime location with beautiful ocean views. It’s a great house with plenty of space for a family of 5. Shops, the beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, especially Pier 60. I will add that the house's interior and furniture show a lot of wear and tear, which were not captured in the pictures posted in the listing. The owner needs to address some items: non-functional kitchen cabinets, non-working bar fridges, rusty garbage cans, dirty bed furniture (main bedroom), and dirty linens. The washer and dryer must be replaced—the door handles were a struggle.I would highly recommend providing better user-friendly check-in instructions, provide operational guides, etc.

The perfect stay

This place was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable , it was well stocked, and the views were amazing. The beds were so comfortable we all decided we wanted to purchase them for our own homes. They had drinks already in the fridge when we arrived and the master has a coffee maker and cooler for water. It was a short walk to the beach and they had chairs for us to use which was wonderful since we flew into Clearwater. The house was beautifully furnished inside and out. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The only thing one may need to know is that it is three floors with all the bedrooms on the third floor. We were celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday and thankfully she is in great shape!
