Villa Ventura, set oceanfront with breathtaking views across the bay and south coast, Beach access down the a stone stairway & located just a few minutes drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta, with world class gourmet restaurants, the popular Romantic zone, Los Muertos Beach and Historic zone.



Villa Ventura is has an eclectic mix of classic Mexican architectural details including a 22 Foot vaulted ceiling, wooden rafters, hand painted ceramic tile and terracotta floors. There is over 9000 Sq. Ft of indoor/outdoor living space including an open concept main living, dining & kitchen with breathtaking ocean views across the bay, perfect for watching the magical sunsets. Steps lead down to the nearby beach, the villa provides 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards, watch the whales during the winter & summer is Dolphin season.

The villa offers rentals as 5 or 6 Bedrooms, with 6 bedroom rental can sleeps up to 16 persons, Note an extra fee applies for any guests above 12. Extra person fee available upon request



Extra Fee for more than 12 persons = $100 USD per night per person. Note children of all ages are counted as adults



Note: Check currents and tides before going swimming or using kayaks or other Beach sports toys.

Master bedroom: King size bed, private bath A/C, TV and opens to pool terrace

Bedroom #3: Two Queen Size beds, private bath, A/C & fan, opens to pool terrace

Bedroom #4: Two Single beds (can be made into KingSize bed) , private bath A/C & fans looks into inner courtyard



LEVEL #3: 2 levels below main top floor. lowest level 2 bedrooms

Bedroom #5 lower Master: King size bed, private bath, TV, A/C. ocean view and shared terrace with #6

Bedroom #6: Two double beds A/C, private bath, ocean view and shared terrace with #5.



**This has 6 bedrooms and this is the 5 bedroom rate, the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**
