THE SPACE

Bright Briarwood Naples home featuring a private, screened-in heated pool (Extra $40 for heating) along with a dedicated gaming space. Boasting four bedrooms, two bathrooms, dual living spaces, and a spacious kitchen. Located a mere 10 minutes from downtown Naples and the beach, ideal for a fun family getaway, tranquil retreat, and everything in-between. Your group will feel right at home at this charming property - relaxation is on the vacation agenda from the ultra-comfortable living room to the outdoor oasis.

Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by the sun-drenched living room that transitions to the ideal movie-night-in spot. The open floor plan provides a great flow - just opposite the living room sits a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials (just add groceries). Sip your morning coffee at the breakfast table and know that home-cooked meals can be enjoyed together, in the formal dining room or on the screened-in outdoor patio, both with seating for eight.

The “outdoor” space of this home is where your best vacation memories will be made! Endless fun awaits in the large pool (between 3'-6' deep), complete with a water feature and plenty of room to splash around. If a good book is more your style, cozy up on the couch or any of the chaise lounges and settle in. The day to night screened-in area lets only the good in… Paradise found!

An oversized, walk-in shower, separate step-up soaking tub, dual sinks, and make-up vanity offer the comforts of home; a bonus: private access to the eclectic sitting room!

Make your way to the opposite side of the house, where you'll find additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

*Please be advised that the Briarwood community requires the submission of the signed application along with the payment of community fees, as outlined below:
$100 if received more than 20 days prior to occupancy
$200 if received less than 20 days prior to occupancy
$300 if received less than 7 days prior to occupancy
$400 if received on the same day
The link for fee payment will be provided once the booking is secured.
This fee is required by the community and provides access to a wide range of community amenities and covers the community registration fees. (fee is non-refundable)*

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
-If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am

Starter Supplies:

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)

Baby Bundle:

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Property Care Instructions: Treat This Home Like Your Own
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
