Recently updated 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home with spacious outdoor pool area and fenced-in yard. Open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ample space for everyone. L-shaped couch and a large flat-screen TV in the living room. The dining room seats up to 6 guests comfortably, The kitchen has ample counter space and updated appliances with a small breakfast table for two by the window.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated with a walk-in shower and a dual vanity. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has dual vanity and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a set of twins.
The open outdoor space and pool make this home even more enjoyable. With plenty of open space to lounge on, a privacy hedge and a fenced backyard make for a private setting outside. The BBQ area is off to the side of the house and there is a table, and seating area to enjoy meals outdoors. The owner will consider pet (*dogs only) with an additional security deposit of $250 and a higher cleaning fee.

We loved our stay on Buttonwood Court. The house was beautiful and well kept. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was warm, clean and a highlight of the trip. We appreciated the variety of floaties for the pool. Before arriving we had a few concerns about the opening in the hedge by the marina and were thinking that we’d prefer the privacy, but once there, we all agreed that the view was wonderful and we so rarely saw people that we still felt very private. Would happily stay again.

Location ! We love our stay !

The house has an excellent location. Is clean and beautifully decorated. The spaces and the pool are perfect! The only thing is that you need to buy the papel towel and paper toilet plus everything you may need during your stay.

Loved the pool kitchen and lay out. Close to everything. Only complaint was there were no washcloths- we bought some at Walmart. Def need to buy toilet paper and paper towels first day you arrive. We all would have enjoyed chairs to lay out in ( 5 of us), but we survived using the few Adirondack chairs with the few full lay out chairs. Otherwise great place would totally stay here again!

Nearly everything was great. Pool was warm and had sun for good portion of the day. The ice maker did not work, which was not a huge deal. Management was responsive and had someone there the next day, but could not fix. Just a bit frustrating to have 1-2 hours with work person in the house. House is beautiful, well appointed and clean.

This property was a rare treat with so many amenities that the kids were entertained at all times. Darts, minigolf, ping-pong, pool basketball, grill... you name it! The owners took time to ensure the property felt like a home. The TV's were also great- nice and big. Strongly recommended!

Loved the house and location! The house was great... just the right size to feel at home during our vacation! Loved the location because it was easy to get on and off the island during its busy season! Loved having a private pool, too! Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

This property was everything we needed and more as a family of 4 with two children, 10 & 13. From the moment we walked in it was so well appointed. The kitchen had an over abundance of all the necessities. No shortage on anything. Plenty of cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, Tupperware. You name it, it was there. The bedrooms were perfect. Or daughter especially loved the bedroom with two twin beds so cutely decorated. Having two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning for all of us a breeze. The pool was a huge hit with my kiddos! It was well heated so they could swim even in the cooler temps we had on our visit. They literally lived in the pool. On top of that, all of the fun toys that were available to my kids was beyond what was expected. Plenty of basketballs, footballs, floaties and diving toys. In addition, the lounging area with TV made it possible for us to all hangout outside. It was perfect. The ping pong table and dart board in the garage were also a huge hit with my kiddos! They played non-stop. The availability of multiple bikes in different sizes was so fun! We got to explore the neighborhood every day while getting our exercise! Overall, this house exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, attention to detail and prompt/easy communication with the property manager were all a positive experience. We would recommend this house 10/10!
