Just a short stroll from Albert Park Lake, Fitzroy Street bars and cafes, and St Kilda Road trams. Brimming with personality, this 2-bedroom pad is a clever fusion of period features and modern comfort, delivering a practical contemporary kitchen, living/dining room with adjoining balcony, gleaming central bathroom and off-street parking space.

The chic contemporary kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and a dining counter ideal for morning toast and coffee, while the living/dining room enjoys a cosy setting and inviting balcony with leafy views in a north-westerly direction. Beautiful art deco styling creates a relaxed and moody ambience, with a casual elegance that will have you feeling immediately at home.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
